【摘要】 知识分子问题和党的事业密不可分，尤其是在知识经济时代来临，国际科技、人才竞争目益激烈的条件下，处理好知识分子问题具有极大的理论和现实意义。本文着重研究毛泽东和邓小平知识分子思想的继承(相同点)和发展(不同点)的关系，并对新世纪知识分子队伍的特点、方针政策、作用等方面的内容进行了初步探讨。 绪论部分主要论述了知识分子的定义和本质特征；分析了毛泽东、邓小平知识分子思想的理论渊源与总体关系；总结了毛泽东、邓小平知识分子思想比较研究的理论与现实意义。 第一部分和第二部分主要从毛泽东、邓小平知识分子思想的时代背景及个性人格因素方面进行了比较研究。 第三部分和第四部分论述毛泽东、邓小平关于知识分子阶级属性、社会地位和历史作用的思想并进行比较研究，并就新世纪知识分子在社会经济、政治、文化领域发挥的作用作了初步的探讨。 第五部分论述毛泽东、邓小平知识分子方针政策思想并进行比较，并就新时期作好知识分子工作应注意的几个问题做了初步的探讨。 通过上述分析，本文得出结论：毛泽东为我党处理好知识分子问题作出了巨大贡献，但是也存在着一定的失误。邓小平继承了毛泽东关于知识分子问题的正确思想，纠正了失误，并做了新的补充和发展。在新世纪，我党要处理好知识分子问题，真正发挥他们在社会主义现代化建设中的巨大作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The intellectual problem is closely related to the career of Communist Party. Especially when knowledge-based economy comes, the international competition of technology and talents becomes more and more fierce. It is now a problem of great theoretical and practical significance. This essay focuses on the inheriting (similarities) and developing (differences) relationship between the ideology of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping. It gives an initial study about the content of the characteristics, policy and effect of intellectuals in the new century.Introduction defines the notion of intellectual, talks about its design features, tracks down the theoretical origin of Mao’s and Deng’s ideologies, analyzes the general relationship between them and summarizes me theoretical and practical significance of this relative study.Chapter One and Two compare the background and personality elements in Mao’s and Deng’s intellectual ideologies.Chapter Three and Four discuss the class distinction, social status, historical influence of intellectuals and explore the intellectuals’ function in the fields of economics, politics and culture in the new century.Chapter Five states what are the policies and thoughts of Mao’s and Deng’s intellectual ideology and several problems that needs to be noted on how to deal with the problem well.Based on the statement above, we get the conclusion that Mao Zedong has made a major contribution to the transaction on the intellectual problem, but there were errors in it. Deng Xioaping inherited Mao’s ideology, corrected the errors and made new supplement and development. In the new century, our Party must settle the intellectual problem properly and exert intellectuals’ immense function in the construction of socialism modernization.更多还原
