【摘要】 本文对日本私立大学的国家宏观调控进行了初步的研究。首先探讨了日本政府对私立大学的宏观调控政策、私立大学在国家宏观调控下的发展历程和特点。重点研究了国家对私立大学的宏观调控体制与方式，着眼点主要放在立法、经济资助和评价这三个方面。最后是在评价日本国家对私立大学宏观调控的基础上，结合我国民办大学的发展状况，得出一些启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article made a preliminary research on the national macro-control to Japanese private university. Firstly, the macro-control policy of Japan government to private university and the developmental and characteristics of private university under national macro-control was exploited. Then this article laid stress on Japan government’s macro-control system and mode to private university mainly from three aspects, which are making legislative norm to guide private university, subsidizing private university economically, and assessing private university.
