【摘要】 社会稳定，是社会发展和改革顺利进行的前提条件，毕业生的寻职和下岗人员的再就业问题关系到老百姓的切身利益，也是保证社会稳定的关键所在，早已经引起了专家学者和党中央国务院的高度重视，并相应地出台了一些具体措施。诸如，在人力资本方面：加大对下岗职工的技能培训力度，提高他们的知识、技能水平；促进劳动力的合理流动，减轻就业压力；加大教育投入，普及九年制义务教育。在社会资本方面：国家鼓励社会成员利用自己的网络资源，自寻职业；国家加快制度方面的建设，发挥正式制度在就业中的作用，鼓励正当合法的职业中介机构的建立等等。本文从理论阐述入手，运用调查资料、SPSS统计分析和比较分析的方法进行实证分析，揭示人力资本、社会资本与就业之间的内在联系，让人们了解人力资本和社会资本在就业过程中所扮演的角色，以及哪些因素对就业起到非常重要的作用，这样才能有的放矢，充分利用我国丰富的人力资源，促进社会经济的全面发展。下岗与失业，对老百姓来说已不再陌生，但当大学生毕业时也面临就业难的实际问题时，人们开始感到困惑，心中一直有个大大的问号，本文或许会提供一些有用的启示。 本文的内容结构是：在导言部分，对全文内容作了简要概述，指出人力资本和社会资本在个人就业过程中所起到的作用是不同的，然后介绍了当前我国的就业状况及产生的压力，对就业领域中存在的问题进行了简单的分析；第一章对人力资本、社会资本及就业在理论上进行了阐述，从理性上对三者之间的关系进行了详尽的阐述；第二章则运用数据资料进行实证分析，揭示三者之间的内在联系，对解决实际就业问题有很大的参考价值。最后对当前的就业形式进行了分析，提出了一些解决问题的很好的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social stability is the precondition that social development and reform are carried on smoothly. To seek duty and the reemployment relation common people’s vital interests until olds of laid-off graduate, It is the key of guaranteeing social stability too, already through causing the great attention of the State Council of the experts and scholars and the Party Central Committee, And they have issued some concrete measures correspondingly. For instance, in human capital: It strengthens technical ability in laid-off worker train and raises the knowledge, technical ability competences of they. Promote the workforce’s rational, lighten the pressure on employment; strengthen the input in education, popularize nine -year system compulsory education. In social capital: The country encourages the social member to utilize one’s own network resources, seeking the job by oneself. The country accelerates the construction, of the system, gives play to the role in employment of the formal system, encourages setting-up of the proper and legal professional intermediary etc.. I explain some of theorys in this text, and use survey, SPSS statistical analysis carrying on real example analyse with the methods of comparative analysis, Announcing the inner link of human capital, social capital and employment each other. Let people understand the act of human capital and social in the course of employments, which factors plays a very important role in employment. We all utilize the abundant manpower resources and promote the development in an all-round way of social economy, people have been already similar with laid off and unemployment. When it is difficult to obtain employment for university students graduate in practical problems, People begin to feel puzzled and there is a big question mark all the time in their hearts, this text will perhaps offer some useful enlightenment.The content structure of this text is: At introduction part, brief to sum up of full text content and point out that The utility of social capitals and human capital is different in searching job for oneself.
