聚合氯化铝铁的性质和除藻应用研究

【摘要】 本论文对一种新型、高效的无机高分子混凝剂——聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)的基础性质进行了研究,并以马沧湖、墨水湖或四美塘等富营养化水体进行混凝试验,对混凝除藻机理进行了分析和总结。 对PAFC性质的研究表明:在铝-铁共存-共聚体系中,羟铁比(BFe=[OH-]/[Fe3+])能够统一铝铁比和碱化度,对共聚法制备PAFC性质有重要的影响。提出PAFC的形态分布及其转化规律主要取决于羟铁比。并依据羟铁比,对PAFC的形态分布及其转化规律提出了新的见解。 对传统的Al-Ferron逐时络合比色法进行了合理的改进,提高了测定效率和准确性;在对Al-Ferron比色过程分析的基础上,采用新的数学模拟方法——幂函数,对形态各组分的划分提出了新的标准,并对幂函数指数可能代表的物理意义提出了合理的假设。采用改进的Ferron比色法对PAFC溶液的形态分布进行了测定,并得出稳定PAFC溶液形态分布的数学模型。 对含硼PAFC的形态分布测定表明:硼酸根在铝-铁共聚物中起碱化剂和分散剂的作用。混凝除藻实验表明:铁含量越大,硼酸根对PAFC混凝除藻性能的提高越明显。 混凝除藻机理可归纳为:以单体态成份Ma的压缩双电层和吸附-电中和作用为前提,聚合态成份Mb的吸附-桥联作用为主要机理,并结合铝铁盐的特性、藻细胞的形态和性质以及混凝剂的投加率等多方面的因素,达到对藻细胞的混凝去除。

【Abstract】 The basic properties of the polymeric aluminum-ferric chloride (PAFC), which is a new efficient inorganic coagulation, was studied, and with the Ma-cang lake?Mo-shui lake and Si-mei pond etc eutrophic waters, the coagulation trials was proceeded, and the mechanism of the algal-removal by coagulation was summarized in this paper.The study on the properties of the PAFC shows that in the aluminum-ferric co-existence and co-polymerize system, the hydroxyl-ferric ratio (BFe =[OH-]/[Fe3+]), which can unify the aluminum-ferric ratio and the basicity (5), has important effect on the properties of the co-polymerized PAFC. The conclusion shows that the morphological characteristics and translating rule of the PAFC is mostly decided by the hydroxyl-ferric ratio. And according to the new views, the hydroxylation process of the PAFC was expounded.The traditional Al-Ferron colorimetry was improved reasonably, which increases the efficiency of assaying with accuracy; According to the Al-Ferron assaying process, a newmathematics simulation method-power function was adopted, and the new standards tothe morphological species of coagulation was put forward, and the reasonable hypothesis what the index of the power function represents was given. With the new assay, the morphological species of the PAFC solution was mensurated, and the morphological mathematical model of the stabile PAFC solution was gained.The morphological species of the borated PAFC shows that the borate has the function of basicity and dispersion in the aluminum-ferric co-polymer. The trials of coagulation show that the more the ferric content is, the more the degree that the borate improves the capability of algal removal of PAFC is.The mechanism of algal-removal by coagulation can be concluded that the capability of algal removal by coagulation is firstly influenced by the monomer Ma, which has the function of compressing the electric double layer and absorption electrical neutralization, and mostly influenced by the absorption-bridge function of the polymer Mb, and also influenced by the properties of the aluminum and ferricion?the algal shape?the dosage of the coagulant, and so on.
