油库贮运监控系统设计与工程实现

【摘要】 本文基于某部队油库贮运监控系统的改造项目。该项目的设计要求是要建立一个基于可编程序控制器(PLC)的小型集散系统(DCS),实现过程自动化与信息管理自动化的监控功能。本文的主要内容是该系统的PLC控制系统和现场监控系统的设计和实现。文章结合调试经验,重点对PLC控制系统的设计思想和实现过程、VB在监控软件开发中的应用以及PLC控制程序的设计方法做了详细的阐述,并总结了一些设计开发中需要关注的问题。

【Abstract】 This thesis is based on a reconstructive project of a military fuel storage and transportation warehouse. The design requirement of the project is to establish a monitoring and supervisory system, a small DCS. The system is based on PLC which can achieve processing automation and information management automation.This thesis entails the designing and realization of the PLC controlling system and field monitoring system of the monitoring and supervisory system.Based on the testing and debugging experience, the designing and realization of the PLC controlling system, the application of Visual Basic language in monitoring and supervisory software and the designing method of PLC controlling program are described in details. In the end, some problems that are needed to concern in design procedure are summarized.
