特殊使用条件下提高导爆管传爆可靠性研究

【摘要】 通过对塑料导爆管传爆可靠性影响因素的深入分析,研究了塑料导爆管在高温、震动等特殊使用条件下发生管壁击穿的主要原因,并提出了相应的解决方案。通过采用混合药粉配方设计和导爆管管材设计等技术手段开展了提高导爆管传爆可靠性的研究。研究发现,在变色导爆管基础配方中加入一定种类和含量的添加剂可以使导爆管的某些性能得到明显提高。再对导爆管装药量进行调整后不仅可以显著提高导爆管的传爆可靠性,而且可以全面改善导爆管的使用性能。本研究对于揭示一定条件下导爆管传爆可靠性的变化规律和爆轰成长规律,具有重要的理论意义。研究所获得的相关技术具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Through the detailed analysis to the influence factor on the detonation propagation reliability of nonel tube, the main reason that nonel tube bursted on the special condition of high temperature or jolt was studied. And corresponding solutions were put forward. The study were carried out to improve the detonation propagation reliability of nonel tube by means of composition of the mixed powdered explosive designed and tube material designed. The measuring results showed that some capability of nonel tube can be improved by means of adding some kinds of additive in the elementary composition of the mixed powdered explosive. By adjusting the quantity of the mixed powered explosive in nonel tube, the detonation propagation reliability of nonel tube can be improved obviously. The other capability can be improved at the same time. The change rule of detonation propagation reliability and the rule of the detonation transmission on some condition were showed in this article. The corresponding technology can be widely used in the future.
