项目风险分析过程、方法及模型研究

【摘要】 项目风险管理作为项目管理的重要内容，是项目管理成功的关键因素，项目风险分析作为项目风险管理的基础，近来已经成为学术和实践的热点问题。本文首先从项目风险分析的基础研究出发，探讨了项目风险管理的一般过程，并对项目风险分析的三个阶段-项目风险识别、项目风险估计、项目风险评价的具体过程进行了分析；其次，对项目风险分析过程中使用的具体方法进行了研究；最后，把AHP和FTA引入项目风险分析，并且利用这两种模型对一个汽车新产品开发项目进行了风险分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Project Risk Management, the significant content of Project Management, is the key element of successful PM. Now both the researchers and the practicers are focusing on Project Risk Analysis which is the base of PRM. First, based on the concepts about PRA, the paper does some researches on process of PRA. Then, the methods of project risk analysis in the process of PRA are studied in the paper. Third, AHP and FAT are applied on the analysis of project risk, and both models are applied on a case of a new automobile product project.更多还原
