中小型国有外贸企业股份制改革探讨——以“石家庄化医进出口公司”为例

【摘要】 在赋予机遇的同时，入世也给我国中小型国有外贸企业带来了前所未有的生存压力。股份制改革作为建立现代企业制度的一项重要措施，同时也是中小型国有外贸企业迎接入世挑战的必要之举。本文对中小型国有外贸企业的股份制改革进行了背景分析，回顾了有关股份制的一些基础理论及国企股份制改革的理论与实践，并且在此基础上，以颇具代表性的中小型国有外贸企业——石家庄市化工医药保健品进出口公司的“改制”作为案例，深入探讨了中小型国有外贸企业股份制改革中的策略性和方法论的问题，文中根据该公司的实践经验提出的一些有益的启示与建议对于其他中小型国有外贸企业的“改制”工作具有较强的参考价值和借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s entry into WTO has brought opportunities as well as unprecedented challenges to its small and medium sized state owned foreign enterprises (SMSFEs). As an effective measure to build modern corporate system, corporate stock system reform is essentical for the SMSFEs to meet the post-WTO challenges. This paper, on the basis of reviewing some basic theories of corporate stock system and the theories and practices of corporate stock system reform of the state owned enterprises, takes Shijiazhuang Chemicals Medicines and Health products Imp. & Exp. Corp., which is a typical SMSFE, as an example to probe into the strategies and methods concerning the SMSFEs’ corporate stock system reform. It is hoyed that the considerations and suggestions put up on the paper, which is sassed upon the reforms experiences of this particular firm, are to instrumental to other SMSFEs in the process of corporate stock system reform.更多还原
