聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯纳米复合材料的研究

【摘要】 本文通过缩聚的方法在SiO2、TiO2、Al2O3纳米粒子表面接枝低聚物对其进行改性,改性后粒子的红外光谱、热失重、透射电镜从不同的角度证明实验是成功的,通过比较得知改性后的SiO2在这三者当中性能最佳。采用球磨的方法对TiO2进行了改性,并对球磨时间对粒子改性的影响做了探讨。将得到的各种改性后的粒子填充到聚对苯二甲酸二甲酯(PBT)中,改性前后树脂的各种检测结果表明改性后的树脂其晶型及流动性能得到改善,拉伸强度、断裂延伸度、硬度提高,并且以上各种性能随填充量的变化而变化,通过综合比较得到各种粒子的最佳填充量。

【Abstract】 In this paper, low-molecular polymer was grafted on nano-SiO2, nano-TiO2 and nano-Al2O3 surface by polycondensation . The modified particles were characterized by FT-IR, TGA and TEM, the results showed that it is practicable to graft low-molecular polymer on nanoparticle surface and the grafted nano-SiO2 was the best one in the three kinds of particles. Nano-TiO2 was modified by ball milling and the effect of modification time to the property of particle was also studied. Then the modified particles was filled to Polybutylene terephthalate(PBT), the result showed the crystallization behavior, flowing ability, tensile strength, elongation and hardness were all raised. It was also found that the property of PBT was changed with the change of filling ratio and the best filling ratio of every kind particle was got by comparing different kind of properties.
