低温地板辐射采暖数值模拟及其性能分析

【摘要】 低温地板辐射采暖是一种舒适、节能的采暖方式。本文对低温地板辐射采暖系统的传热过程进行了全面的分析,以传热学理论为基础,建立了低温地板辐射采暖非稳态过程的二维数学模型,确定出该过程的初始条件及边界条件,从而得到该过程完整的数学描述和控制方程。 在已建立的数学模型上,采用有限差分法,对数学模型进行离散,编制程序计算该系统采暖过程的数值解。 其次,利用程序的计算结果,定性地分析了该系统外部条件改变时对系统参数的影响,总结出该采暖系统的基本规律,为地板辐射采暖系统的设计、施工及运行提供了必要的理论基础。通过对基本规律的分析,提出了简化设计计算方法。 最后,从低温地板辐射供暖机理出发,论述了低温地板辐射供暖系统的舒适性、节能性等特点,并对其经济性进行了分析。展望该系统在国内的应用前景,是一种极具推广价值的供暖方式。
【Abstract】 Low-Temperature Floor Radiant Heating is a newly developed of heating technology which is comfortable and energy saving.This thesis systematically analyzes the heat transfer phenomena within the Low Temperature Radiant floor, In this thesis, based on the theory of heating transfer, two-dimensional mathematical model for the process of low-temperature radiant floor heating system is set up. Meantime, the determination of initial and boundary conditions of this system obtain a complete mathematical description and controlling equations.Based on the established model, the Finite Difference Method is to be used , the discrete mathematical model is done . A calculating program is developed for the system and get the correct numerical solutions.Second, making use of the calculating results of the program, the influence that the change of external conditions of this system and effect on the parameters is qualitatively analyzed . Then the basic heating regulations are summarized which gives a guideline for system design, construction and operation. By the analysis of the regulations a new calculating way is put forward for the design.At last, based on the mechanism of Low-Temperature Radiant Foor Heating System, describe its thermal comfort, energy efficiency and some other characteristics. Analyzed the economical of the system. Forsees its approaching application in China .It is a kind of heating system with developing prospects and hingh value of popularizing.
