3-甲基-7-二烷氨基-1,4-氧氮杂萘-2-酮的合成及其与方酸的缩合

【摘要】 以间氨基酚为原料,分别以硫酸二甲酯、硫酸二乙酯、溴丙烷、溴丁烷为烷基化试剂,经N-烷基化、亚硝化,制得四种2-亚硝基-5-二烷氨基苯酚,该类化合物经还原、成环反应,合成出四种3-甲基-7-二烷氨基-1,4-氧氮杂萘-2-酮。 3-甲基-7-二烷氨基-1,4-氧氮杂萘-2-酮是用途广泛的新型荧光染料中间体,以此为原料制得的新型氧氮杂萘酮染料的吸收和发射谱带的位置可以利用取代基和溶剂效应在很宽的范围内移动。 将3-甲基-7-二烷氨基-1,4-氧氮杂萘-2-酮进一步与方酸缩合,合成出一类新型的方酸染料,该染料具有传统方酸染料的特性如吸收波段窄、摩尔吸光率高、对激光稳定及对可见光吸收少等特点,因此在防激光辐射方面具有优越性。
【Abstract】 Some 5-dialkyIamino-2-nitrosophenols have been synthesized from the raw material m-aminophenol by N-alkylation, nitrosation with dimethyl sulphate, diethyl sulphate, propyl bromide, butyl bromide respectively.3-methyl-7-dialkylamino-l,4-benzoxazin-2-ones was obtained from these compounds by reduction and cyclization.3-Methyl-7-dialkylamino-l,4-benzoxazin-2-ones are very useful in synthesis of new type fluorescence dyes. The absorption and emission bands of benzoxazinone dyes prepared from these compounds could be changed in a wide range with substituted group and solvent effect.A novel class of dyes were prepared by condensation of 3-methyl-7-dialkylamino-l,4-benzoxazin-2-ones with squaric acid. These novel squarylium dyes have the same characteristics as the conventional squarylium dyes, such as narrow absorptive band, high molar absorptivity, relative stability and minimal absorption of visible light. They are more useful for laser-protective.
