FDI与经济增长——对江苏省的实证分析

【摘要】 1990年以来外国直接投资(FDI)对江苏的经济增长做出了极大的贡献。FDI不仅对GDP的增长产生直接的影响，而且对推动经济增长的两个主要因素：资本和技术产生明显的溢出效应。本文利用实证的方法分析了江苏省的FDI如何影响GDP的增长，对国内资本产生“挤入”还是“挤出”效应，以及对研究与开发(R&D)总量的影响大小。结果显示，FDI对GDP的增长、R&D总量的提高存在显著的正相关，对国内资本产生明显的“挤入”效应，同时可以认为FDI在短期内是江苏经济增长的原因。在上述分析的基础上，本文提出了新时期江苏利用FDI的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1990 Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has contributed a lot to economic growth in Jiangsu. Not only the impact of FDI on GDP growth, but also the spillover effect of FDI on two important factors which can affect economic growth: capital and technology is demonstration. This issue presents empirical evidence on the impact of FDI inflows on GDP growth, on domestic investment and on R&D. The results indicate that in Jiangsu there has been strong crowding in of domestic investment by FDI, and we find positive effects of FDI on GDP growth and the number of patent applications. In addition we assess FDI does Granger cause GDP growth. At last we bring forward some suggestions to adjust the policy of utilizing foreign capital in new period.更多还原
