火工系统安全性、可靠性研究——评估方法与管理研究

【摘要】 火工系统是武器弹药系统的重要子系统,其安全性、可靠性在很大程度上影响、制约着全武器系统的安全性、可靠性。研究并提高火工系统的安全性、可靠性是预防武器系统失效很重要的措施之一。而提高火工系统的安全性、可靠性是一个系统工程,它涉及高新技术火工品的开发、设计、试验、评估、失效模式及其数据库的建立以及使用、管理等诸多方面的研究内容。本文从火工品可靠性评估技术和管理两方面着手研究了火工品的安全性、可靠性问题。在用计数法基础上再用计量法进行安全性、可靠性验证和外推时,常用的数理统计方法主要有步进法和升降法,本文通过大量感度试验所得到的数据对这两种方法进行了分析比较,结果表明,在用升降法进行火工品安全性、可靠性验证和外推时,其结果均偏于乐观,在估计0.999响应点时,升降法对应的刺激量x比步进法平均低约15%-25%,并对产生这种情况的原因进行了分析,并对试验结果进行了初步修正;管理技术方面,本文着重从管理的角度提出了一种闭环信息分析反馈系统,用于加强火工品设计、生产、贮存和使用等的合理性,并尽可能减少人为因素引起的缺陷,从管理上提高火工品的安全性、可靠性。
【Abstract】 Initiating device system is an important subsystem of weapon system. That of initiating system to a great extent impacts the safety and reliability of weapon system. Developing and enhancing safety and reliability of initiating system is one of the most important methods to prevent failures. However, to increase safety and reliability of initiating system is a systems engineering. It involves developing, designing, testing, evaluating, building disable mode and its database, using, managing of advanced technology initiating device and so on. In this paper, the methods of enhancing safety and reliability of initiating device based on assessment technology and management is researched. Among current statistic methods of assessment method, complete run-down method and Bruceton method are more common than others. In the paper, the two methods are compared through abundant data of sensitivity test. The results show that Bruceton method is more optimistic than complete run-down method when the safety and reliability of initiating device are evaluated. When the 0.999 response is evaluated, the stimulating value of Bruceton method is 20% lower than that of complete run-down method. Furthermore, the cause is analyzed and the result is modified. From the point of management, a closed loop information analysis and feedback system is advanced according to the importance of management. It is used to enhance the rationality of initiating device in designing, producing, storing, using and so on, and it is also used to decrease the personal defects and improve the safety and reliability of initiating device.
