压缩空气系统中流量测量技术的应用与研究

【摘要】 本文基于实际工程背景,详细介绍了一种用于压缩空气系统的气体流量测量系统的整体设计过程,包括系统设计原理的总体分析,系统软、硬件设计等内容。 压缩空气作为一种动力源具有安全性、连续性等特点,它已广泛应用于化工、电力等行业中。而对于一个压缩空气动力系统而言,压缩空气的使用量又是评价系统性能的一个重要指标。由于现有气体流量计的价格较高,在目前很多压缩空气系统中流量测量技术并没有被广泛地直接采用。 为探索和研制能够为一般用户所接受的流量测量技术与仪表,本文以工业生产过程中的一般气体流量测量为背景,采用热线热膜测量技术,利用测速法原理对流体流量进行间接测量,同时采用单片机完成了流量的计算、显示、以及相应的控制功能。本设计可以根据常见压缩空气系统应用中的各种工艺要求实现对气体流量的大小控制,为工业生产过程中合理利用气源、节约生产成本提供了一种可行方案。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the design of a gas-flow measurement system for a compressed air system is introduced in detail, included hardware and software.Compressed air as an energy has many specialties such as safety, continuity. It has been applied widely in chemical and electric power industry. For a system which takes compressed air as power, the consumption of the compressed air is an important reference to evaluate the system capability. Since most of gas-flow meters are expensive, the gas-flow measurement technique has not been used widely in many compressed air systems.For researching and designing a gas-flow meter which can be accepted by general client, common gas-flow measurement technique used in industry is regarded as a background in this paper, and use hot wire/film technique to measure gas-velocity. And then calculate and display the gas-flow with a single-chip computer. The measurement system also can control the gas-flow according to common technical requires which are applied in a compressed air system. As a result, a valid method is provided to use gas resource in reason and reduce the cost in industry produce.
