单模光纤激光共焦扫描显微成像系统数据采集、传输与处理技术研究

【摘要】 单模光纤激光共焦扫描成像显微镜是光纤技术与现代光电技术相结合的新型扫描显微成像系统,由于采用了单模光纤作为点光源和点探测器,排除了离焦光线对图像造成的模糊和斑点影响,因而具有较高的横向和纵向分辨率,能够实现对微小物体的三维成像,在医疗、生物、物质结构、微电子等领域均具有广泛的应用前景。 本文从理论和实验上对单模光纤激光共焦扫描显微成像系统的成像原理进行了较深入的研究;对单模光纤共焦扫描成像系统中光学系统的光耦合从理论和实验方面进行了较全面的研究,分析了影响光耦合效率的主要原因;详细研究了系统的扫描驱动、数据采集、传输和处理的方法,分析了系统存在的问题并提出了解决方法,在此基础上设计了扫描驱动、数据采集、传输和处理的电子系统,并介绍了电子系统的具体实现过程。
【Abstract】 Single-mode fiber-optical confocal scanning laser microscopy is a new scanning microscopic imaging system that is based on the modern fiber optics technology and electronics technology. Duing to applying point source and point detector, the system can removes the out-of-fqcus light that makes the image become blur. Therefore, it achieves excellent resolution in axial direction, and can achieve 3-D imaging of microorganism. It has a bright future in the applied domains of medical, biology, physical structure, and microelectronics.In this paper, the imaging theories of the single-mode fiber-optical confocal scanning laser microscopy and the causes of affecting the fiber-optical coupling efficiency in the optical system are analyzed systemically based on lots of testing and examinations. According to the analyses and testing, the electronic system, which provides the functions of scanning driving, data acquisition and image processing, are designed and introduced in details.
