钢丝绳机械性质的研究

【摘要】 在现代的社会生产中,钢丝绳被广泛应用于工程索道、矿山、电梯、起重机械、斜拉桥、港口码头等国民经济的诸多领域,对钢丝绳机械性质的研究能够更好的促进钢丝绳在各个领域的应用。钢丝绳能否更好的应用和它的自身的性质紧密相关,针对这方面问题,通过大量试验研究探讨了钢丝的机械性质以及钢丝绳的破断拉力、弹性模量和抗拉强度与其结构、长度、绳芯、捻制方法、拉力等因素的关系,得出钢丝捻制前后机械性质的变化。 利用试验机做关于钢丝弯曲、扭转、破断拉力等方面的试验,对钢丝绳进行拆股试验,测得钢丝拆股后的弯曲、扭转、破断拉力等方面的数据。测出钢丝绳不同长度和结构的弹性模量,分析钢丝绳弹性模量的影响因素,并用数据处理软件SPSS进行数据的相关性分析和回归分析。 通过试验分析,钢丝的破断拉力和钢丝直径具有显著的线性相关;钢丝的破断拉力与钢丝直径、弯曲次数、抗拉强度相关性显著。钢丝绳弹性模量E_s与拉力F在一定范围内成线性关系。所进行试验用的钢丝绳在试验范围内基本上成线性变化。钢丝绳随着拉力的增加,弹性模量先是增加,当拉力增加到一定值时,弹性模量值不增反降。对同一钢丝绳试样进行试验时,随着试验次数的增加,弹性模量值也在增加,并趋向于定值,直至其断裂。钢丝绳弹性模量与钢丝绳长度无关,不随着钢丝绳长度的变化而变化。 通过对试验数据得出的结论,对钢丝绳机械性质今后进一步的研究提供一定的参考价值;同时对钢丝绳的使用选择和有关钢丝绳的设计提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 The steel wire rope is widely used in many fields in national economy, such as engineer cableway, mine, lift, cable-crane, cable-stay bridge, port, and so on, in the production at present. We study the steel wire rope on the mechanical properties, then we can promote that the steel wire rope can be better in the application of each field. Whether the steel wire rope could be better applied is closely connected with its own mechanical properties. For this, this paper studies the mechanical properties of the steel wire in detail through a lot of the experiments, and the connection between breaking force of rope, modulus of elasticity and tensile strength with its structure, length, core, characteristics of spinning, force etc., and get the transformation between before or after spinning.The experiments were made about the bend, torsion, breaking force of the steel wire, measuring the data of bend, torsion, breaking force by dismantle strand test of rope.Measure the modulus of elasticity of the different length and structure of the steel wire rope, analyse the influence factors of the steel wire rope, and carry out correlation analysis and linear analysis with the software spss.Based on the experiments analysis, the conclusion is that has obvious linear correlation between the breaking force of the steel wire rope and the diameter of the steel wire; the breaking force of rope has obvious linear correlation with the diameter, number of bends, tensile strengty. The modulus of elasticity has obvious linear correlation with the tension in a certain scope. The steel wire rope used in the test basically has linear transformation in the scope of the tests. The tension increased, modulus of elastics first increased, when the tension accomplish the certain value, the value of modulus of elastics didn’t increase but abase. In the experiment, we use the same steel wire rope, the number of tests increase, the modulus of elastics increase and tend to constent value until the rope burst. The modulus is not connected with the length of the rope.The conclusion based on the experiments, has the reference value to the future study of the mechanical properties in the future; at the same time, the conclusion has the reference evidence to use, choose and design of the steel wire rope.
