公路土工合成材料防排水性能研究

【摘要】 土工合成材料由于其多样的性能,广泛应用于道路的防排水设施上。有效地利用土工合成材料,不仅有利于满足多种工程的需要,而且有利于有效利用材料资源,以更低的成本达到更好的效益。 在对目前我国土工合成材料产品的种类、性能、测试方法和指标广泛调研的基础上,论文总结了产品性能参数的变化范围和依据的测试规范,并对存在的问题进行了分析。本文通过对国内外土工合成材料防排水性能的试验测试方法和主要研究成果的调研,对室内试验进行了精心设计。在多种试验条件下对土工合成材料的物理性能和水力学性能进行了测试研究,并基于正交设计表L9(3~3)安排了三个代表影响因素与土工织物淤堵特性参数的正交试验,通过大量室内试验,作者对土工合成材料的物理指标和水力学指标如渗透系数、梯度比、等效孔径、孔隙率、单位面积量和厚度等作了较为深入的研究,发现渗透系数与其它指标之间有着良好的相关性。 最后,论文初步提出了土工合成材料的性能分类建议和具体指标值,并给出了对测试方法的改进建议。

【Abstract】 Geosynthetics are widely used in waterproofing and drainage systems of highway. It is able good to meet different engineering requirements, and also beneficial to effectively using material resources and making lesser cost for any more efficiency, to efficiently exert geosynthetics.After extensive investigations on the types of civil geosynthetics products, properties, test methods, and use performances, this article have concluded the changing ranges of products properties and testing methods. The existing problems have also been analyzed. Through the investigations about testing methods of hydraulic properties of geosynthetics and research conclusions, the laboratory test has been elaborately designed to get the valid test data. Physical and hydraulic properties have been tested under several experiment conditions. Clogging tests about geotextile clogging characteristics and its influence factors have been arranged by the orthogonal table L9 (33). A lot of indoor experiments help to find the good relationships between coefficient of permeability and other characteristics.The type characteristics and its testing method of geosynthetics were preliminarily developed in this paper.
