交指型带通滤波器的设计与研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着移动通信、电子对抗和导航技术的飞速发展,对新的微波元器件的需求和现有器件性能的改善提出了很高的要求。微波带通滤波器作为一种重要的微波元器件在近几年来也得到了大力的发展。尤其是在接收机前端,带通滤波器性能的优劣直接影响到整个接收机性能的好坏。因此,对微波滤波器理论和设计方法的研究,已经引起了国内外器件工程师的极大兴趣。 本文结合对超外差接收机中镜频抑制滤波器的研究,将传统的设计方法与先进的微波电路仿真软件HP-ADS相结合,对其进行建模、仿真、优化设计,并且加工了一个较高性能的4.8GHz~5.2GHz悬置线终端短路式交指型带通滤波器的实物。该课题是由国家自然科学基金资助的面上项目所支持。 本文首先简要的介绍了微波滤波器的分类、发展趋势以及面临的问题和接收机的主要干扰因素,并从理论上详细介绍了微波滤波器的设计方法,而且重点介绍了交指型带通滤波器设计的基本理论和方法;接着,通过上述的终端短路式交指型带通滤波器的设计原理及方法,利用Matlab软件编程计算出了该带通滤波器几何尺寸参数的初值;然后,利用先进的微波电路仿真软件HP-ADS对该滤波器建模,并对其几何尺寸参数的初值进行了仿真、优化,以得到该滤波器几何尺寸参数的终值,使其在理论上能够满足最初的设计指标要求;最后,利用Auto CAD作图软件,按照优化后的几何尺寸参数的终值画出该滤波器和腔体的机加工图形,并做出该滤波器的实物,利用标量网络分析仪对其进行测量,得出实际的实验图形。将其实验图形与仿真图形和最初的设计指标要求进行了分析和比较,并得出了基于将微带线转换成悬置微带线物理结构的终端短路式交指型带通滤波器的设计原理和方法是可行的;先进的微波仿真软件HP-ADS所提供的多层介质和多耦合线模型的精度较高,并且减小了调试工作量,缩短了研制周期,提高了科研效率的结论。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the mobile communication industry, the electron counterdevices and the technologies of navigation in recent years, the demand of new microwave circuits and components and the require of improving the existing microwave circuits and components is very high . As one of the important microwave components, the microwave filters also developed rapidly in recent years. Especially, the microwave bandpass filters directly influence the performances of the receivers. Therefor, the home and foreign engineers of microwave components are very interested in the research of theoretical analysis and practical design for the microwave filters.This paper gives the particular description of theoretical analysis and practical design for a suspended interdigital bandpass filter which used for rejection the mirror image frequence of a superheterodyne receiver . Based on computer aided design, the parameters of the filter are given and simulated. A filter with a passband of 4.8GHz to 5.2GHz has been designed, built, and tested.At first, this paper introduces the classes of microwave filters, the current of development, the main problems and the main interferences of the receiver; in this part it also discusses the method of design the microwave bandpass filter, and especially introduces the theory of design the suspended interdigital bandpass filter in particular. Secondly, based on the method which introduced in the first part, using the advanced mathematical.tool - Matlab, it can work out the initial dimension values of the microwave bandpass filter; Thirdly, using the advanced microwave circuit simulation software (HP-ADS), it can model the suspended interdigital bandpass filter, and simulate, optimize the initial dimension values, so as to gain the final dimension values and the simulated graphs of the suspended interdigital bandpass filter. Finally, based the final values, using the software (Auto CAD), it can draw the mechanical manuscripts, and gain the microwave bandpass filter. We using the sealer network analyzer to test the performance of the filter, and gain the experimental graphs. From comparing the simulated graphs with the experimental ones, we can easily find the experimental results agree well with the simulated ones, and the way of combining the traditional theory with the advanced computer technology is very effective. The microwave bandpass filter can bascially achieve the initial demand of the product.
