浅埋地下防护结构构件及缓冲隔层作用研究

【摘要】 随着现代战争不断向快速机动的方向发展,过去那种采用钢筋混凝土等材料修筑的防护结构,由于其修筑缓慢,已经逐渐不适应现代战争的要求。而近些年发展起来的装配式防护结构,因其易于安装,施工快捷,适应各种地形条件和气候环境,在现代军事中正得到广泛的应用。但该种防护结构基本构件的构成材料及覆土浅埋后如何加强其抵抗爆炸荷载的性能等方面的问题,目前仍在不断的研究和探索中。 本文结合一种新型装配式防护结构的研制工作,对该防护结构的基本构件钢板—聚氨酯泡沫夹层板进行了试验研究。通过静载试验,分析了所采用夹层板的结构形式和力学性能,通过现场化爆试验,分析了夹层板的抗爆性能。 为加强此装配式防护结构的抗爆性能,采用在覆土层中加设钢板—聚氨酯泡沫夹层板作缓冲隔层的方法。通过现场化爆试验和有限元模拟,分析了缓冲隔层尺寸对其加强防护结构抗爆性能效果的影响。 试验及有限元模拟说明钢板—聚氨酯泡沫夹层板具有较高的承载能力和良好抗爆性能,可以用作装配式防护结构的基本构件,以波纹形圆钢为支撑骨架的夹层板的抗弯能力要优于以钢板为支撑骨架的夹层板,采用合理尺寸的夹层板组成的缓冲隔层也能起到良好的加强效果。
【Abstract】 With the present war turning fast and automotive continuously, the past protective structure made of reinforced concrete etc, due to construction is slow, has gradually not adapted to the requirements of the present war. However, the fabricated protective structure developed recent years is being applied extensively in the present military, because it is assembled easily, constructed quickly and suited to various geological conditions and climate environment. But, the problems on the composition materials of base members of protective structure and how to strengthen its performance of resisting blasting load after shallow buried, are still in study and exploratory at the present time.Based on a new type of fabricated protective structure, the base members of protective structure which are steel plate-polyurethane foam sandwich plates are studied in the thesis though the test. The thesis analyses the structural style and mechanical property of the sandwich plates adopted through static test, and analyses the performance of resisting blasting load of the sandwich plates through field chemical blast test.In order to strengthen the fabricated protective structure’s performance of resisting blasting load, the method that steel plate-polyurethane foam sandwich plates used as buffer isolated layers were set in the earth covering was adopted. The paper analyses the impact of the dimension of buffer isolated layers on the effect of its strengthening the fabricated protective structure’s performance of resisting blasting load.Test and finite-element analogue state that the steel plate-polyurethane foam sandwich plates having higher bearing capacity and good performance of resisting blasting load can be used as the base members of the fabricated protective structure, the bending resistance of the sandwich plates having corrugated round steel as bearing skeleton is preferable to that of sandwich plates having steel plate as bearing skeleton, and the buffer isolated layers which were made up of sandwich plates with proper dimension can result in good strengthening effect.
