【摘要】 世界经济全球化，一体化发展，高科技信息技术的应用，促进全球经济快速增长，国际贸易进出口量的增加，同时也给运输业提出了最高的要求，客户需求的不断细化与提高，市场竞争的加剧都在促进着运输模式的改变与提升，客户从单纯的运输需求已经提升到综合性、供应链式、量体打造的特色服务的需求。 由此可见，无论是在国外还是在国内，物流发展的步伐越来越快，传统的公路货运企业必须抓住契机，向现代物流转型，否则将会因缺乏竞争力，无法在现代物流市场中生存而被淘汰。 然而，现实中，虽有一些传统的公路货运企业适应市场需求，通过对物流理论的深入研究和勇于开拓，已成功地提供现代物流服务，但大多数企业由于种种原因，仍然步履艰难。虽然传统货运企业控制了物流中的运输环节，但是物流还涉及到采购、装卸、搬运、仓储、包装、流通加工、配送、销售、信息处理等许多环节，而且，物流本身是一个综合性的学科体系，涉及到经济学、管理学、运筹学、工程学等学科，需要在服务的各个环节加以应用，这些都是传统货运企业不具有的功能。因此，传统公路货运企业向物流企业转变还存在许多问题需要解决。本论文就是为解决这些问题而产生的。 论文对公路货运业的现状进行了分析，提出了它所存在的问题，分析出它的发展方向是开展现代物流服务。论文主要讲述了开展物流服务时应注意的各方面的问题，主要有：树立客户至上的服务意识、立足国情循序渐进、引进外资、物流人才的培养、企业业务流程再造或重组以及培养自己的核心竞争力等：并就不同的企业采用的模式进行了论述，中小型公路货运企业适宜发展功能型物流，大型企业或有条件的中型企业可开展综合型物流服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of world economic globalization and the application of high technology improve the increase of the volume of the international import and export trade, and require the road freight transportation superlatively. The demands of client changed higher and more particularly. The competition for market changed more ardent. These changes accelerate the conversion and advance of transportation model. From the single transportation demand to integrated demand in supply chain mode, the demands of client were advanced.Thus it can be seen, whether in China or in the world, the step of logistics development changed faster. The traditional road freight transportation enterprise must catch hold of the chance and transit to the modern logistics, or else it would be eliminated through selection.In the real life, there are some traditional road freight transportation enterprise were accommodated to the demand of market, they have already offered modern logistics serve triumphantly through the lucubration of the logistics theory. However, most enterprises are walking in difficulty for some reasons. Though traditional road freight transportation enterprise have controlled the transportation of logistics, but in fact, logistics includes purchasing, loading and unloading, handling, storing, packaging, distribution processing, selling, dealing with information and so on. Moreover the logistics is an integrated subject, it concerns economics, management, operational research, engineering science, it is applied in every procedure in the service.Traditional road freight transportation enterprise has no these functions. So there are many questions in the conversion from traditional road freight transportation enterprise to the modern logistics enterprise. This paper would settle these questions.This paper analyses the actuality of road freight transportation enterprise and brings forward questions exist in them, and then indicates their way is to develop modern logistics service. This paper is major in some questions that should be noticed in developing logistics service. These questions include building up the service consciousness of client should be paramount, stepping by stepping in proper sequence on the situation of China, fetching in foreign capital, training logistics person with ability, reforging or reforming of enterprise’s operation flowing, and training their core competence. And then discussed the modes which is adopted by various enterprises. Some puny road freight transportation enterprise is adapted to developing functional logistics, and some powerful enterprise could develop integrated logistics service.更多还原
