SOAP协议在电子病历系统中的应用

【摘要】 随着因特网应用的普及,电子病历系统不仅要具备电子病历的快速录入功能;同时,在当前的技术条件下,还需要借助因特网解决电子病历的传输问题,以加强医疗合作,提供远程医疗服务。在这种情况下,SOAP作为一种能够被用于从消息传递到RPC(远程进程调用)的协议,通常以HTTP作为传输协议,而一般的防火墙对HTTP协议是不禁止的,所以SOAP为穿越防火墙的通信和跨平台系统的互操作提供了一种途径;将SOAP用于电子病历系统,可以有效地解决电子病历系统的互操作性及其穿越防火墙的数据通信和共享信息问题;以SOAP作为传输协议,结合Web Service技术,我们设计并实现了一个分布式的电子病历系统。 论文首先介绍了Web Service技术,Web Service是指在Internet/Intranet上描述、发布、查找和调用Web服务的技术及相关的协议和标准;分布式电子病历系统的设计和实现使用了包括XML、SOAP、WSDL和WSML等Web Services技术,例如,SOAP消息都是XML格式的、系统客户端和服务器间的通讯协议是SOAP、系统服务器的设计和实现使用了WSDL和WSML技术,WSDL描述了系统服务器端提供的服务,供客户端识别和调用;WSML描述了远程调用和本地COM调用的映射关系。然后论文开始详细介绍SOAP协议的消息框架,并且对电子病历系统客户端和服务器端的消息机制进行研究,例如,SOAP请求的生成、SOAP请求的接收和处理、SOAP响应消息的形成、客户端对SOAP响应的处理等问题。在此基础上,我们分析和设计了一个基于SOAP的分布式电子病历系统的模型---SOAPEPR,并且提出了系统的一个实现方案,其中比较深入、系统地讨论了系统设计和实现中的若干关键问题,例如系统分析与设计、系统的实现包括系统客户端、系统服务器,系统安全性的实现等等。 实验结果和初步应用表明,所设计和选用的技术方案是先进、可行的,所实现的系统也是基本实用的。

【Abstract】 With the popularization of the Internet technology, the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system is not only provided with function about rapid data_entry but also at present time provided with data_traffic by Internet to strengthen medical cooperation and to offer remote medical service. Before such circumstances, as a sort of communication protocols, SOAP can be used from data traffic to RPC (Remote Process Call) , it usually takes HTTP(which commonly firewalls don’ t forbid) as transport protocol, so SOAP afford an approach for communications through firewalls and interoperability among different struction platforms;Applying SOAP to EPR system can solve the problems of the interoperability, data communications through firewalls and sharing information of the EPR system. A distributed EPR system was developed based on SOAP transport protocol by us, in combination with Web Service technology.At first the thesis introduces Web Service teconology, Web Service technology are certain technology, correlative agreements and much standard and so on, which can to describe, to publish, to searches and to call Web service in Internet. The Web Service tenology consists of XML, SOAP, WSDL and WSML and so on which are used to design and to implement EPR system, for instance, SOAP messages are all XML decument; used to communicate information between system client point and server point is the SOAP protocol; WSDL and WSML technology of the Web Service are both applied in designing and implementing the SOAP server, the WSDL describes Web service to provide to client, and WSML maps the RPC to current COM call . Then the thesis discusses in detail SOAP protocol message frame structure, and studies message mechnism between system client and system server, for example, to send SOAP requests, to receive and to deal with SOAP request, to build SOAP response and to deal with SOAP response by client. On the basis of discussion above, the thesis puts forward a EPR system model and implementation scheme of the EPR system based on SOAP-SOAPEPR, and discusses design and implementation of the system, studies intensively some sixty-four-dollar questions the system faces, which are: to analysis and design system, to implement system , including how to implement system server, system client and to enture system security,etc.Experimental results show that, technical scheme designed is advanced and applicable, and system implemented is basically practical too.
