基于工作流思想的印刷业生产质量管理信息系统研究

【摘要】 现代企业面临着快速多变、全球化的市场竞争环境，为了提高企业的竞争力，先进的工作流管理技术受到了企业界和学术界的广泛重视。本文以工作流思想为出发点，结合印刷业的大规模定制生产方式，通过把基于PetriNet图形化表示的PMW建模方法应用于ERP系统的分析过程中，开发了基于工作流思想的印刷业生产质量管理子系统。论文的主要内容如下：第一章介绍了工作流出现的背景、研究意义以及描述了本文的研究内容。第二章介绍了工作流和工作流管理系统的发展、基本概念、分类、建模方法以及其发展趋势等。第三章介绍了传统ERP系统的不足，并对传统ERP系统和工作流管理系统进行了比较，同时阐述了工作流在ERP中的应用。第四章首先从大规模生产的定义、特点以及局限性入手，说明了生产方式向大规模定制的必然性，然后阐述了大规模定制在印刷业中的应用。第五章介绍了PMW模型的定义和结构，并运用该模型对生产质量管理系统进行建模。第六章介绍了以工作流思想为指导印刷业的生产质量管理系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Contemporary corporations are facing variant changes and global competitions. To improve the competence of manufacturing systems, companies, organizations and researches have made great efforts in the research of Workflow Management System (WfMS). This thesis bases on the theories of Workflow and Mass customization. In the analytic process we apply the modeling method of PMW based on the PetriNet and develop the manufacturing system.The main contents are as follows:Chapter one describes the background of Workflow, the significance of studying it and content of this thesis.Chapter two describes the development, the basic conceptions, the classifying, the modeling method and the trend of Workflow and Workflow Management System.Chapter three firstly describes the shortage of ERP and contrasts the ERP with Workflow Management System and then introduces the integration of ERP and Workflow Management System.Chapter four firstly describes the definition, characteristic and localization of Mass Production, and then explains the necessity of changing from Mass Production to Mass Customization, finally we introduce the application of Mass Customization in the Print.Chapter five describes the definition and structure of PMW and applies it to the modeling of the manufacturing system.Chapter six describes the manufacturing system based on the theory of Workflow.更多还原
