发展与完善我国同业拆借市场

【摘要】 金融市场是市场经济体系中最主要的要素市场之一，各发达国家金融市场都经历了从货币市场到资本市场的发展过程。而以金融机构为主体的同业拆借市场，作为货币市场的重要组成部分，反映了一个国家货币市场的发展水平，其对于货币市场乃至整个金融市场体系的形成与发展起到了基础性的作用。建立统一开放、有序竞争、严格管理的金融市场体系，必须发展和完善同业拆借市场。 本文就是遵循着这一思想，从我国同业拆借市场的历史发展入手，分析了我国同业拆借市场的发展特点及其对我国经济发展的意义，接着分析了西方发达国家的同业拆借市场的发展特点，提出了对完善我国同业拆借市场的几点启示，然后从全面的角度分析了完善我国同业拆借市场应考虑的因素，包括制度因素。我国的同业拆借市场只有不断地借鉴成功经验以及规范地管理才能逐步走向成熟，对我国经济地发挥出应有的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Financial market is the one of most major market of essential factor in marketing-economy system. The financial market of developed countries has gone through the development course that goes to capital marketfrom currency market. Take apart with the same trade with financial organization of main part to borrow market, as the important composition part of currency market, have reflected a development level of national currency market, it for currency market and even entire financial market system form and develop the role that has played the part of basicness. Establishment has open unification compete by order , the financial market system of strict management, must develop and perfect same trade to take apart borrow market.This paper is this thought that follow , from the same trade of our country take apart to borrow the historical development of market start with , have analysed the same trade of our country to take apart borrow the meaning of developing characteristic and it for the economic development of our country of market, then have analysed the same trade of western developed countries to take apart borrow market develop characteristic, have put forward for the perfect same trade of our country take apart a few that borrows market hint, then from overall angle have analysed the perfect same trade of our country to take apart borrow the factor that market should consider , include system factor.
