现代医药配送中心的规划设计与系统开发

【摘要】 随着市场经济的发展和竞争的加剧，市场上出现了多品种、小批量、产品多样化、消费个性化的趋势，物流配送就是为适应这种情况而产生的新的服务理念。中国的医药流通行业，正处于我国经济形式从单一的计划经济模式逐步向多元化的市场经济体制过渡。医药流通行业存在诸多问题，药品价格经多次流通后普遍较高，虽然国内医药配送中心纷纷建立，但极不规范且物流化程度较低。本文以医药配送中心的规划与设计为研究对象，涉及机械、电子、控制、计算机、管理等多门学科。对配送中心基本情况、车辆优化调度理论及医药配送中心规划和药品信息系统的开发作了较深入的研究，同时对医药配送行业今后的发展作了一些创新式设想。为医药配送中心的建设提供了一个可参考的框架体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of market economy and intensification of contest, arises much tendency on the marketplace, little lot, production making varied, consumption making varied. The fresh service concept, distribution, comes into being in the interest of adapting to this situation.China’s medicine supply industry is presently in the period when China’s economic pattern is changing from the unitary planned economy system to the gradually diversified market economy system. Many problems exist in China’s medicine supply industry. Especially, the price of medicine is generally high. Although a lot of distribution centers are established, many of them are inform and in low level of logistics.This paper regards medicine distribution center’s planning and design as a researching objection, which is related with many science and technology such as mechanics, electronics, control, computer science and management. The paper mainly includes such inspects as the introduction of distribution center, theories of vehicles optimized dispatching, planning of medicine distribution center and development of medicine information system. Meanwhile, the author works out some innovative concept about the development of medicine distribution field in the future. The author’s work provides with a good frame structure for the construction of medicine distribution center.更多还原
