分布式实时控制通信的设计及实现

【摘要】 分布式实时控制系统是计算机广泛应用于控制领域后,所兴起的一种先进的控制方式。它有向结构复杂和功能完善方向发展的趋势,这要求分布式实时控制系统设计将向着标准化方向迈进。特别是其通讯系统的标准化,格式化、设计简单化及可复用性。 本文结合分布式实时控制系统的图形化设计,阐述了对分布式实时控制通信系统进行格式化设计的思想。提出一种格式化建立各个控制模块间通信的方式。该方式通过接口访问内存缓存器来达到信息交互的目的;并利用中性语言把写入缓存器的消息编译为中性编码,以实现跨平台通讯的目标。 本文对分布式实时控制系统的通信协议和模式进行了相应的研究。利用C++开发语言实现了模块间远程和本地通信韵一般形式,最后利用图形化设计方式和格式化通信方式,成功了实现钢厂钢包喂丝机控制系统的开发。并对控制系统进行仿真,验证了控制系统中控制任务的完成情况,和其所有预期的通信任务实现情况。

【Abstract】 The distributed real-time control system, a kind of advanced control methods, is appeared when the computer had applied to the controlled field extensively. It has trend to complicated of structure and perfected its function, which requires distributed real-time control system to design with standardization. Especially, the standardization of its communication system is most important.This paper use the graphical design to illuminate the idea how to designed a format communication system to distributed real-time control system. Give a method to format set the communication between each control module. It realized the information mutual by visit memory buffer through interface. And it used the neutral language to compile the information of writing into buffer memory device as the neutral code, in order to realize the goal of communication between the different platform.The paper did a lot of work to communication protocol and mode of the distributed real-time control system. Utilize ++ C develop language realize remote and local communication between the module. And it utilize graphical design and format communication method to realize the control system of steel factory ladle feed silk machine finally. The emulation result to control system, prove control system control the performance of the task, and realize the situation with all its communication tasks expected.
