植筋技术应用试验研究

【摘要】 本研究课题通过植筋的拉拔试验,研究探讨了植筋深度、混凝土强度、钢筋直径对植筋强度的影响;不同试验条件下植筋的破坏形态;并根据试验结果分析确定了植筋深度与混凝土强度之间的关系;植筋深度与钢筋直径之间的关系;不同直径的钢筋在不同强度的混凝土中植筋的深度关系;钢筋直径、混凝土强度、植筋深度三因素之间在植筋技术应用中的主次关系。试验研究中,我们首先进行了摸索性试验,通过摸索性试验数据的分析,最后确定正式试验的试验方案。根据摸索性试验和正交试验的理论分析,获得植筋技术应用中混凝土强度、钢筋强度和植筋深度三者的理论关系并推荐使用公式5. 1对植筋在拉应力作用下钢筋破坏时混凝土同时锥形破坏的最小植筋深度进行理论计算,为植筋技术的工程设计和应用提供理论指导。通过植筋技术的试验研究我们得出如下结论:(1) 、相同条件下圆钢不宜应用于植筋。(2) 、利用公式5. 1进行植筋深度计算是安全、可靠的,且符合工程应用需要。(3) 、为充分发挥钢筋的强度,植筋应植入一定的深度,这个深度应由理论计算公式或试验确定。(4) 、在保证钢筋强度的前提下,应从植筋的相对粘结面积考虑选择用于植筋的钢筋直径。(5) 、植筋过程中应充分排出孔内空气,以免造成孔内有空鼓,影响植筋粘结。(6) 、钢筋植入段应充分除锈、去污和调直。(7) 、为确保植筋的粘结强度,应保证钻孔的清洁和干燥。

【Abstract】 Through the pull out experiment of embedded steel bars, the influence to the strength of embedded steel bars from the depth of embedded steel bars, concrete strength and the level of steel bars, the damage form of embedded steel bars under different experiment condition were investigated. According to the result of the experiment analysis, the relation between depth of embedded steel bars and the strength of concrete, the relation between the depth of embedded steel bars and the diameter of steel bars; the depth relation about different diameter of steel bars be planted in the different strength of concrete, the primary and secondary relation in the application of embedded steel bars among the strength of concrete, the diameter of steel bars, depth of embedded steel bars have been got. In the experiment, firstly some groping experiment were taken, and through the data analysis of gropingly experiment the scheme of formal experiment was made. According to the theoretical analysis of gropingly experiment and formal experiment, the theoretical relations of the strength of concrete, the diameter of steel bar and the depth of embedded steel bars were made, and a recommendation of use the formula 5.1 to calculate the least depth of embedded steel bar after the failure of the steel bar and the failure of concrete when it under the action of pull strain was made. This offered the theoretical guidance about the application and the project design of embedded steel bars technology.The following conclusion has been obtained from the experiment of embedded steel bars technology:(1) Round steel bar is unsuitable in the application of embedded steel bars at the same situation.(2) Use formula 5.1 to calculate the depth of embedded steel bars is safety, reliable and it meet the needs of project application.(3) In order to get the strength of steel bar function fully, the embedded steel barshould be planted in suitable depth. This suitable depth should be ascertained by formula of theoretical calculate or by the experiment.(4) In order to undertake the premise of the strength of the steel bar, the diameter of the steel bar by its by-dimension that function as the dimension to bond with concrete should be selected.(5) In order to avoid leave the empty drum in the hole that influence the strength of embedded steel bars, the air in hole should be expelled fully during the course of plant the steel bar.(6) The embedded section of steel bar should have rust-cleaning function, dirt-cleaning function and fully straight.(7) To ensure the bonding strength of the embedded steel bars, the cleaning and drying of the hole should be guaranteed.
