湍流式粉碎机的初步研究

【摘要】 本文以湍流式粉碎机为研究对象,介绍了超细粉碎设备的现状和超细粉碎技术的发展趋势,阐述了研究湍流式粉碎机的必要性。概述了部分湍流式粉碎机用到的粉碎理论,阐明了该种粉碎机的粉碎机理。通过对龚俊等提出的疲劳粉碎理论的研究,提出了疲劳粉碎有利于物料超细化的新观点。通过试验,描述了湍流式粉碎机转速与粉碎效果之间的关系;论证了湍流式粉碎机粉碎物料存在一个经济转速;论证了在特定的转速下叶轮之间存在一个最佳间距等观点;论证了物料在湍流式粉碎机内的停留时间对产品粒度和分布具有重要影响。在湍流式粉碎机中,针对热塑性塑料、高纤维含量的当归和百合等进行了实验,结果表明:湍流式粉碎机能够在常温下粉碎出热塑性塑料超细粉体;同时也证明了湍流式粉碎机适用植物类中药材的超细粉碎,它能有效的把粉体中的纤维聚成团,便于下一步粉体的分级工作。

【Abstract】 This paper regard turbulence mill as research object, recommend ultra-fine crush equipment and the trend of ultra-fine comminution technology, explain the necessity of studying turbulence mill. It have summered up the theory of crushing that turbulence mill use partly, clarify the crush mechanism of this kind of comminution. The paper propose a new view of fatigue comminution in favor of ultra-fine comminution through researching gongj’s theory of fatigue comminution. Through experiment, it described the relation of turbulence mill rotational speed and comminution effect; Proving that the turbulence mill have a economic rotational speed ;Proving there is a optimal distance between impellers under the specific rotational speed ; Proving that the time of staying in turbulence mill affect importantly the products grain size and distributing. Through comminuting thermoplastic, lily and angelica, the result illustrate that turbulence mill can comminute thermoplastic under normal temperature ;Proving the turbulence mill is fit to crush Chinese traditional medicine,it can conglobate fibre of powder to benefit the classification.
