【摘要】 当今世界已进入信息时代，Internet的飞速发展和在全球范围的普及应用正给人类生活带来革命性的变化。Internet将传统意义上的物理空间转变成电子空间，把人们带入了一个网络社会之中。Internet改变了传统的工作生活模式，借助于这一强大的工具，不仅可以实现网上办公、网上娱乐，而且利用电子商务还可以实现网上购物等。本文设计并实现了国家“八六三”项目“智能化农业信息系统集成开发平台”中的“网上信息发布系统开发平台”。在设计及实现的过程中，总结和继承了已有的理论研究和实用系统开发经验，同时采用当前最新的Internet应用开发技术，研制出一个使用方便的网上信息发布系统开发平台。网上信息发布系统开发平台是一个进行网上信息发布的开发工具。它把开发一个面向信息发布的B/S应用的主要工作集成到一个开发平台上，并向开发人员隐蔽了B/S应用开发的技术细节，展现在开发人员面前的是一个界面友好、简单易用的二次开发环境。在这里，开发人员不需要做网页，不需要管理代码之间的衔接，甚至也不用为最令人头痛的网络安全问题而劳神,所有这一切都由网上信息发布系统开发平台来完成。开发者只要给出待发布数据的逻辑结构和数据之间的关系描述以及要提供给最终用户的功能描述，就能生成一个网上信息发布系统，它具有菜单定制、信息浏览界面生成、订单定制及提交、本地和远程数据库访问等功能。根据平台的需求分析和设计目标，将网上信息发布系统开发平台设计成Windows NT平台上四层体系结构的开发工具。最底层为操作系统服务层，由Windows NT操作系统和IIS服务器提供。这一层由两部分组成：第一部分是操作系统组件库。本系统中的数据库访问和主页面解释部分（ASP页面）都使用了ADO数据库访问<WP=50>组件来访问数据库；另一部分是操作系统和IIS所提供的服务，最终运行于IIS上的基于Web的网上信息发布系统是一个多用户应用程序。第二层是操作系统层之上的开发平台内核层，是整个平台的核心部分，由数据库和页面解释部分所组成。第三层是开发平台工具层，该层面向平台用户，是一个集成开发环境，由数据库导入工具和页面定制工具组成。最上层是应用系统层，这一层是网上信息发布系统开发平台所生成的基于Web的网上信息发布系统所组成的，这一层与最终的用户进行交互，完成网上信息发布的功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 When the world has come into the information period, the fast development of internet and its widespread application in the whole world is changing the human life revolutionarily. Internet turns the traditional physics space into the electron space, and takes people into the internet world. Internet changes the traditional pattern of working and living, and with the powerful tool, the people not only can do some network work and entertainment, but also can do some network shopping with electric business.This article introduces the framework and workflow of “The Development Platform for Internet Information Publish System” which is part of “Integrate Platform for Developing Intelligent Agriculture Information System”(863 Program). During the course of design and implement, I summarize and inherit the theory research and the develop experience of the utility system and in the same time use the newest development technology for building a expediently using development platform.The Development Platform for Internet Information Publish System is a development tool for internet information publish. It integrates a B/S mode for facing information publishment into a development platform, hides the technology detail of the B/S application to developers, and shows a second development environment of friend-interface and simple application. Here <WP=52>developers need not do the page, manage the join among the codes, and even consider the security problem. All of these have been done by the development platform. Developers may only show the logic frame of publishing data, the data relation description and function description for users. It can create an Internet Information Publish System which has the function of menu-creation, building information browse interface, making and putting in orders and accessing local and long-distance database. Based the require analysis and design object of the platform, we design The Development Platform for Internet Information Publish System into the four layer system frame development platform of Windows NT. The bottom layer is operating system service layer, which is supported by the Windows NT operating system and IIS. This layer is made up of two parts: One is operating system component, the database accessing and main page translation (ASP page) of the platform both use the ADO database accessing component to access the database; the other is the service supported by the operating system and IIS, and the development platform based on Web which runs on IIS is a multiuser application program. The second layer is the development platform kernel layer which is above the operating system layer. It is the most important part of the platform and made up of database and page interpreter. The third layer is development platform tool layer. This layer faces the platform users, is an integrated development environment, and is made up of database accessing tool and webpage-creation tool. The top layer is the application system layer. <WP=53>This layer is made up of Internet Information Publish System based on Web which is created by The Development Platform for Internet Information Publish System, interacts with the last users and achieve the function of internet information publishment.更多还原
