焦炉压力智能控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 现代生产过程通常具有多变量、时变、非线性、环境复杂等许多特点,传统意义上的自动控制技术已经不能充分满足现代生产的需要。随着计算机控制技术、软件工程理论、现场总线智能仪表和网络技术的发展,计算机已经具有更高速的运算能力、更高的存储能力、更高效的处理能力。计算机的这些优势与现代控制理论、现代软件理论结合开发出的控制系统能充分满足各种复杂的控制环境和要求。因此,大量的工业生产过程控制与实时控制都已经采用计算机系统来实现。计算机控制系统的控制水平也已经大大提高。本文比较详细的介绍了一种直接数字控制系统的计算机控制方案,并应用此控制方案设计并实现了东郊煤气厂的焦化炉压力控制系统。同时,还简要介绍了计算机控制系统的几种类型及其发展。随着社会的进步和生产技术的发展,被控对象也越来越复杂并存在许多不确定性,因此采用一般的计算机控制技术与传统的控制理论很难满足此类复杂系统的控制要求。而采用智能控制的方法并结合计算机的高处理能力、高存储能力就能有效的解决复杂系统的控制问题。文中简要介绍了智能控制并运用了智能控制的原理设计实现了一种数字控制器。文章共分为六个主要章节,这个六个章节围绕着焦化炉压力控制问题及焦化炉压力控制系统的设计与研发对计算机控制技术、智能控制理论和技术、软件开发、智能数字控制器等技术进行了研究。第一章是全文的绪论,主要介绍两大部分的内容。首先介绍了研发本项目的意义和目的,并对项目提出要求,介绍了项目实际中的运行的控制现场环境。接着,在绪论中又介绍了计算机控制技术的相关理论和知识,这里着重介绍了本项目所采用的控制方案,暨直接数字控制(DDC)。第二章是焦炉压力控制系统的总体分析与设计。此部分就是一般系统开发中的需求分析与总体设计阶段。在这里,首先对焦炉压力问题进行了描述和简要分析。然后针对压力控制进行系统的需求分析。最后根据需求分析对整个控制系统进行总体设计,包括软件和硬件两部分的设计工作。软件部分,暨控制软件的设计是本文的研究重点,因此它包括软件开发、控制算法研究等许多至关重要的工作。第三章就是控制软件的设计与开发。此章节介绍了控制软件的分析到设计到一些具体的详细实现。第四章介绍了数字控制器的理论基础与设计实现。数字控制器是控制软件的重要部分,也是本文的重要理论部分。本章中介绍了传统的控制算法PID、PI等,同时结合智能控制理论设计实现了专家PI控制器。这里还对智能控制理论进行了介绍和论述。第五章为系统的运行与调试情况的研究与介绍。介绍了控制软件在现场实际运行的情况。 <WP=52>最后一章为结论部分。总结了计算机控制技术、智能控制理论的类型与未来发展趋势。最后又对整个控制软件的情况和项目完成的情况进行了总结。
【Abstract】 There are many problems in modern production process, such as multiple variable, nonlinear, environment complication and so on .So ordinary auto-control technology can’t satisfy with the need of modern production. With the development of computer control technology, software engineering theory, field bus control technology, intelligence instrument, and network technology, computer is used in a lot of control systems. Computer has higher speed operation capacity, further storage capacity, more effective disposal capacity. So control system combine these advantages and modern control theory and modern software theory can full satisfy with all kinds of environment and require. We can see there are plenty computer is used in industry production process and real-time control process. Directory Digital Control is introduced in the article, and Coking Furnace Intelligent Control System is designed and realized according to DDC. At the same time the development and type of computer control is simple introduced. With development of society and production technology, controlled object becoming more and more complexity. So, if ordinary computer control technology and control theory is used in system, the system is difficult to perfect control complex object. Whereas intelligent control technology can effective dispose complex controlled object. Here, development and content of intelligent control theory are simple introduced. Moreover a kind of digital controller is realized according to intelligent control theory.The design and realize of coking furnace intelligent control system, computer control technology, intelligent control technology, software developing and so on is introduced in the article. And there are six chapters.The first chapter is exordium. Firstly, purport and purpose is discussed. And control scene and environment is introduced. Secondly some theory and knowledge about computer control is introduced. The emphases are knowledge about Directory Digital Control (DDC). We use the blue print in our system. The second chapter is the whole system analysis and design. Firstly, we discuss and analyze the problem of coking furnace pressure. Then we have requirement analysis. Finally, we have whole design according to requirement analysis for the control system. It includes software design and hardware design. Control software including software developing, control arithmetic research and so on. It is emphasis in the article. The third chapter is about design and developing of control software. Analysis, design and some particular realization is introduced in the chapter. The forth chapter is theory and realization of digital controller. Digital control is vital <WP=54>part. Meanwhile, it is also important theory in the article. In the chapter, PID controller, PI controller, Expert-PI controller is researched and intelligent control theory is introduced and discussed.The fifth chapter is about running and debugging of the system in factor environment.The final chapter is result. To summarize computer technology, intelligent control theory. Finally, we summarize the state of whole project and control system.
