【摘要】 Internet技术的快速发展为制造业公司提供了产生竞争策略的机会。协同产品商务(Collaborative Product Commerce，CPC )是企业竞争力的一种技术，它是一个比产品数据管理(Product Data Management，PDM )更广的继承者。CPC强调在产品的全生命周期过程中充分利用Internet和Web技术，通过商业模式从全程供应链的角度协同整合整个供应链上各节点、各分布角色、各异构系统、各相关资源，进行产品的开发、制造和管理。CPC是一个同时涉及产品开发过程、全局协同过程和商业合作过程的复杂解决方案。CPC将企业内分散的、独立的各种应用互连成一个彼此可以通讯并协同的应用网络，并通过统一的入口来访问所有的应用。ERP是最常见的信息系统，它主要关注产品的生产制造过程，主要模块有生产控制、物流管理、财务管理和人力资源等方面。与之相比，CPC更关注于产品研发方面，其主要模块有文档管理、版本管理、流程管理、产品结构管理、产品配置管理、零部件管理、需求管理、研发项目管理、研发“设计链”管理等方面。可以说，ERP重点在于资金和物理产品的运转，而CPC主要关注业务运转信息和知识形态等无形资产。CPC的发展，与企业面临的竞争形势密不可分。当今社会，商业节奏越来越快，给企业带来了巨大的压力。消费者变化越来越快的需求，迫使制造企业尽量缩短新品上市时间。CPC的目的是帮助制造业企业定义、管理好工作流程、协作活动，改善员工、小组、部门乃至企业之间的沟通。实施CPC系统将会大大的提高整个公司的市场竞争力。CPC系统是以PDM为中心，建立企业（事业部）需求管理、供应链管理、项目管理、客户关系管理为主支撑的IT协同平台。PMS即项目管理系统是通过项目经理和项目组织的努力，运用系统理论和方法对项目及资源进行组织、协调和控制，旨在实现项目的特定目标的管理方法。PDM系统是管理所有与产品相关的信息和过程的技术。它是一个面向对象的、广义的电子资料室。它能管理生产活动中不断变化、不断进步的产品动态信息，并集成产品生命周期内的全部信息。它是一种管理软件，能提供数据、文件、文档的版本管理、产品结构管理和审批、更改流程管理等。随着公司研发的迅速发展，公司研发信息管理面临的一个主要问题就是缺乏一个企业级的研发业务支撑平台，在产品异地协同开发、信息共享、<WP=84>数据关联、流程控制等方面提供有效的支持。所以，为了改变研发信息管理的状况，引进当前国际上领先的产品数据管理系统，利用国外先进的研发信息管理理念，结合公司研发管理的实际，构建符合公司研发管理模式的统一信息管理支撑平台，提升公司研发管理水平，成为当然的选择。以CPC产品协同商务的理念，构建公司级研发信息管理平台的CPC项目正在按计划推进，成功的实现将会改变现有的格局，为研发业务提供更好的IT支持。CPC系统是一个庞大的，牵涉企业方方面面的IT管理平台，是企业的一个长期的战略策略。所以公司分阶段来实施，从最迫切的需求入手，我们的一期目标是项目计划任务管理系统的实施。CPC系统设计的指导原则是使系统更灵活、更容易扩展。采用J2EE技术，系统上可分为流程处理系统和业务处理系统两部分，不仅能清晰的体现业务，也可在业务的流程或业务逻辑变化时把系统的改动减少到最小。为便于今后系统的扩展，在应用系统内部按功能划分层次，每个层次的软件都可运行在一台或多台的物理服务器上，以后只需增加服务器部署软件就可以扩展系统的性能。由于按功能划分层次，提高了系统的模块化，更方便实现代码复用。由于在各个层次上都可以定义接口，也方便与现有系统的集成。客户端使用标准浏览器进行业务操作，这样不用在客户端安装任何专用软件，客户可以在任何一台安装标准浏览器的机器上办公，在系统的升级时不用在每台客户机上重新安装软件。即基于Web的系统构架（Browser/Server架构）。目前公司CPC系统已经成功的完成了一期的成功实施，针对公司自身的组织机构特点开发了CPC-PMS和CPC-PDM系统。本文重点介绍了CPC-PMS系统的设计、实现、设计模式以及系统架构的深入分析。CPC-PMS针对公司矩阵式组织结构的特点，提供了三级计划的制定、分解以及全程跟踪。CPC-PMS系统同时考虑了公司的产品线的项目管理和职能线的行政管理。能够满足公司三级项目计划指派规则和权限控制要求。满足公司产品线项目管理和职能线行政管理（包括任务分派和考核）等矩阵式管理的需求。满足产品事业部产品开发月计划、月总结及项目考核考评的业务功能需求。系统对计划项有灵活的权限控制，提供的业务功能贴近事业部的需求，为了满足公司三级项目计划指派规则，必须制定一套完备的权限管理方案。系统中对用户权限的控制方式是通过判断用户的角色以及计划项的状态进行控制。 我们的系统有灵活的权限控制机制，符合事业部的业务需求。系统是<WP=85>基于J2EE平台开发的B/S结构的三层体系系统。具有更优的体系结构、集成性和扩展性。符合公司业务需求和今后的扩展需求。系统以J2EE的设计模式思想为指导，同时注重系统性能的提高，实现了优化设计。论文后半部分对CPC-PMS和CPC-PDM的集成?更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of Internet technology provides the opportunities of competitive strategies for manufacturing companies. CPC is the kind of technology of corporation ‘s competition , that is the more expansive successor than PDM.CPC emphasizes the sufficient use of Internet and Web technology during the lifecycle of products, cooperating to integrate all nodes , distributed roles, all systems ,relative resources, from the point of whole purveying chain by commerce pattern. At the same time, CPC connects all kinds of disperse and independent applications to an applications network that all nodes can communicate and cooperate each other and provides an unique entry to access all applications.ERP is the most familiar information system; it sets much attention on the production and making procedure of product. Its mainly modules are production control, Materials flow and finance management and human resource, and so on. Contrastively, CPC set much more attention on the product’s development, its mainly modules are document management, version management, flow management, product structure management, product configuration management, accessory management, request management, development project management, development “design train” management , and so on. That is, ERP emphasizes finance and product running, but CPC does it on invisible assets such as operation information and knowledge shape.The development of CPC relates tightly with the competition situation which it will face. Nowadays, the faster business rhythm would carry huge pressure to enterprise. The consumer’s variable request compels manufacturing to try its best to shorten the period that new product comes into the market.The CPC’s purpose is to help manufacturing to define and manage work flow and cooperation activity, and improve the communion between personnel, group, department and company. So the implementing of CPC will improve <WP=87>the whole company’s market competition.CPC system that regards PDM as centric constructs IT collaborative platform that RM, SCM, PM and CRM systems are the important support. PMS is that makes use of system theory and method to organize and cooperate and control projects and resources by project manager and the effort of project group, its object is to accomplish the managing methods of specifically aim .PDM is the technology by which you can manage all information and process that is relative with product. And it Object Oriented, generalized electronic database. It can manage excelsior production dynamic information of production activity, and integrate all information during product lifecycle. PDM is a kind of managed software which will provide the version management for data, file, document, and manage, examine product structure and alter flow and so on.With the rapid development of the study in the company, the primary question that research information management flat will face is we are short of a study business support flat of enterprise, which will provide some valid support for long-distance product cooperative development, information share, data association, flow control etc. So, in order to change the status of development information management, importing advanced PDM and making use of advanced idea of the area, combining the fact of our company, constructing uniform information management support platform, improving the level of company development is the consequent choice. With the thought of CPC, the construction of CPC project of development information management platform of company level is pushing according to plan. Successful accomplishments change existing situation and provide better IT support for development business.Because the CPC system that comes down to many aspects is much more enormous, and it will be a long-term strategic tactic.
