【摘要】 Agent、多Agent系统(MAS,Multi-agent System)和移动Agent(Mobile Agent)是人工智能的前沿课题,基于移动Agent的方法将可能成为网络时代计算机系统问题求解的基础,基于Agent固有的自治性和自适应性,在理论和实践上已有一系列研究成果,但对于移动计算还没有很好的解决方案。本课题的研究目标是在以广泛的网络为基础的固定和移动计算机设备上,建立适合移动计算的新体系结构,增强移动Agent的存活能力及自治性,为设计移动计算模型和系统打下基础。 计算机网络发展步伐惊人,尤其是无线通信网络技术扩展和立体化的网络通信基础,使得计算机网络更加深入渗透,无所不在。网络连接不再是计算机附加成分,而成为必需;而且连接不再与物理位置紧密相关,成为独立于位置的概念。全球性计算网络的角色,已从普通的通信基础成为支持日新月异的计算服务的计算平台。网络规模增长和形式多样性并没有直接 太原理l’.大学硕十研究生学位论文带来计一算能力的相应提高,作为灵魂的软件远远滞后于硬件设备的发展。如何建设好软件基础设施,更灵活、便捷地为人们提供更优、更多的信息服务,成为新的挑战。由于软件计一算基础设施没有跟上通信基础设施的发展,迫使研究工作需针对新的计算平台表现的综合特征重新考虑来给出解决方案。目前有两类计算关心移动Agent:mobile eomputing和mobilecomputation,前者关心在基于无线网络的移动设备上进行的计算:而后者关心基于WEB的移动程序,如Agent计算。移动计一算是一很好的计算范型,它能解决分布式计算中的一些问题,如:位置概念、通信服务质量起伏不定、配置动态变化、失败不可观察等。 随着分布对象技术、网络技术,特别是WWW的发展,软件系统趋向于网络计算、面向活动部件的特征。面向agent的软件工程是基于面向对象技术和分布计算技术,赋予计算实体更加灵活、自主以及社会化的特征,来构筑软件系统的。其中最具代表性的是移动agent系统。在这种新的计算范型下,出现了很多实验性产品,如IBM的Aglets,General Magie的Telescripts和Odyssey,Mitsubishi Eleetrie的Concordia,stuttgart 太原理「人学硕十研究生学位论文大学的Mole,Kaiserslautem大学的Ara,Open Group的MOA等,它们各具特色,但都支持一个共同的特征,既agent(或对象)软件实体可以在运行时间移动,然后恢复。各个产品都建立了一个通用系统平台,以及或多或少的系统服务以支持特定的功能需求。
【Abstract】 Agent, multi-agent system and mobile agent are advanced study field for AI. Based on inherent autonomy and self-adaptability of Agent, it has a series of study fruit in constructing complex system. Mobile agent based means may become the basis of calculation in network age. But it has no good ways for mobile computing. On fixed and mobile computer equipment based extensive network, the goal of this paper is to construct a new system structure, enhance the live ability and autonomy, and give a found for designing mobile computer model and system.With stupendous development of computer network, it is m :>or extensive and immanence especially based on the technique extension of wireless communication network and tridimensional network communication. Network connection isn’t affixation of computer any more, and becomes necessary. Connection doesn’t tightly relate to physics location, and becomes a concept independence of location. The role of global computer network is change from ordinary communication base to computer lat supported by calculating service with rapid change. Network scale increasing and diversified form don’t advance computer ability. Software, as the soul, far lags behind in the development of hardware. How to construct software infrastructure, providing more and excellent information service neatly and handily, becomes a new challenge. It forces research work to provide the solution by rethinking the comprehensive characteristic of the new computing platform, because software calculate infrastructure doesn’t catch up with the development of communication infrastructure. At present, two kinds calculate cares about mobile agent: mobile computingand mobile computation. The former cares about the calculation that carries on mobiles device based on wireless network. The later cares about the movement program based on WEB, e.g. agent computing. Mobile computing is a good pattern, and it can solve some problem in distributed calculate, e.g. location concept, instability of the communication service quality, dynamic variety of configure, out of observing for failure.With the development of distributing target’s technology, network technology, especially WWW, software system inclines to network calculates and action-oriented parts. The agent-oriented soft project is based on object-oriented and distributed computer technology to construct soft system, and it endows calculate entity more agility, independence and character of socialization.Among them the most representative one is mobile agent system. On such new computer pattern, a lot of experimental products have appeared, e.g. IBM’s Aglets, General Magic’s Telescripts and Odyssey, Mitsubishi Electric’s Concordia, Stuttgart university’s Mole, Kaiserslautern university’s Ara, Open Group’sMOA, etc. They each have their characteristic, but all support a common characteristic: agent (or object) can resume after moving. Each product set up one common use system platform, and supports the specific function demand service of the system more or less.
