基于工作流技术的税务稽查系统的设计

【摘要】 随着信息技术的发展,管理信息系统在企业的日常工作中发挥着越来越重要的作用。人们要求企业的信息系统能够适应不断变化的业务需求,能够实现人们之间、用户与企业之间以及企业与企业之间的信息交换与共享、协同工作及至科学的管理与决策。80年代中期发展起来的工作流技术,能够很好的满足这种需求。工作流管理系统的主要目标是通过调用有关的信息资源与人力资源来协调业务过程中的各个环节,使之按照一定的顺序依次进行,从而实现业务过程的自动化。 本文简要介绍了工作流技术及工作流管理系统的定义、基本特征,工作流技术的当前研究现状与发展方向。在参考了当前工作流管理系统研究的大量文献资料基础,对工作流的建模和工作流的执行控制进行了研究,在工作流程建模方面,提出了“基于状态转换的有向图”的工作流过程模型,模型中引入“状态”信息,使模型的表达能力大大增强;模 太原理工大学硕士研究生毕业论文型中显式引入“消息”节点,以改进现有模型对消息传递描述不足的缺点。为了实现上述的模型,开发了相应的过程建模工具WFD,以实现过程模型的可视化建立。在工作流运行控制方面,提出了一个基于关系结构的工作流引擎的框架结构。此结构由机构模型、信息模型和控制模型三部分组成。文中深入讨论了采用关系结构理念来设计工作流引擎的原因,并详细地给出了相关的机构模型、信息模型和控制模型的设计原理以及具体的表示和实现方法。 最后总结了本文的工作,提出了系统存在的不足及今后的努力方向。
【Abstract】 With the development of information technology, management information system plays a more and more important role in enterprise’s daily work. The enterprise’s information system is expected to meet the needs of constantly changing work and to realize the information interchanging and sharing, cooperating with each other, as far as to scientific management and decision-making between each other. Workflow technology developed from the 80’s middle period can be met this kind ofdemand .The main object of workflow management is to coordinate everylinks of business procedures to make it run in some definite sequences tofulfill the automation in business procedure by invocating concerned information resource and human resource.In this paper, the concept, basic character, present situation and development of workflow technology and workflow management system are introduced briefly. Both the workflow model and the workflow execution control are researched on a great quantity of reference about the workflow technology and the workflow management system. As for workflow process model, a process model named" direct-graph-with-condition-changing" is proposed . The model can describe "state" which improves the ability to express the model.Message-node is explicitly shown in the model to enhance the description of message transfer. In order to realize the model, we developed a tool for process modeling named WFD, with which end users can model process visually. As for workflow execution control, this paper presents a framework of a relationship-based workflow engine. It consists of three components, namely: organization model, information model and control model. The reasons that the concepts of relationship are adopted to design the workflow engine are thoroughly discussed in the paper. Also, this paper sets forth the principle to design, the representation of and the way to implement the organization, information and control model of the workflow engine, respectively.In the end of this paper, Main work are summarized. The defect of the system is also discussed and the further work is proposed.
