厌氧活性污泥和厌氧颗粒污泥中温条件下吸附性能研究

【摘要】 试验采用厌氧序批式反应器(ASBR)的运行方式,以全脂奶粉为基质,在中温(37℃)条件下,研究比较了厌氧活性污泥和厌氧颗粒污泥对有机物的初期快速去除作用;同时研究了进水浓度和闲置期对吸附能力的影响,分析了厌氧反应器消化液中总COD、溶解性COD、胶体COD的初期变化,确定了吸附平衡时间,吸附类型及吸附等温线。 厌氧污泥对胶体有很强的吸附作用。全脂奶粉中含有60%左右的胶体物质。采用0.45μm的滤膜和普通滤膜,分别对总COD、溶解性COD、胶体COD进行了分析测定。试验结果表明,厌氧活性污泥和颗粒污泥对有机物有很强的初期吸附去除作用,在15min之内,有70~90%的胶体物质被去除。在相同的进水条件下,颗粒污泥的单位吸附量略大于絮状污泥,但去除速率比絮状污泥大很多。颗粒污泥和絮状污泥的吸附等温曲线都与Freundlich经验公式拟合的非常好,相关系数达到0.9951,但不符合Langmuir型等温公式。通过比较用高温灭菌方式灭活 太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文的厌氧活性污泥和厌氧颗粒污泥的吸附性能得出结论,厌氧活性污泥和厌氧颗粒污泥对有机物的初期吸附以生物吸附为主。进水浓度对吸附量有很大影响,随着进水浓度增加,吸附量也增加。浓度越高,厌氧颗粒污泥对有机物的单位吸附量就越比絮状污泥的大,吸附速率的变化更明显。厌氧序批式反应器运行过程中设置闲置期可以提高厌氧污泥的初期吸附作用。

【Abstract】 The expirments were performed with anaerobic sequencing batch reactor(ASBR) using full-fat dried milk as a substrate at a constant temperature of 37℃. Initial rapid removal of the chemical oxygen demand(COD) about anaerobic activated sludge and anaerobic granular sludge were researched and conclusions were compared. Inffluent COD concentration and satic stage affecting adsorption were evaluated. Initial change about total COD, soluble COD and colloidal COD in the mixed liquid were analysed and adsorpion equilibrium time, adsorption category and adsorption isotherm were achieved.Biosorption has a better adsorption characteristics. There are a great deal of colloidal substrate in full-fat driedmilk accounting to approximate 60%. Total COD, soluble COD and colloidal COD using 0.45 u m filter and common filter were analysed and illustrated initial adsorption removal of anaerobic activated sludge and anaerobic granular sludge were very strong. 70-90% colloidal substrate were removed in initial 15 minutes. Under the same inffluent conditions, anaerobic activated granular sludge achieved higher uptake than activated sludge, especially anaerobic active granular sludge to total COD and colloidal COD removal rate were very higher. Biosorption data provided a good fit with the Freundlich isotherm model, which relative coefficient was 0.9951. But the data didn’t coincided in the Langmuir isotherm. By the comparation of adsorption characteristics of active sludge and autoclaved sludge, biosorption category of anaerobic sludge to COD were achived mainly.With the influent COD concentration increased, initial uptake of sludge was increased. The more inffluent COD concentration , the more uptake of anaerobic granular sludge than anaerobic activated sludge, and change of adsorption rate were more evident. In ASBR process static stage had an effect on initialbiosoption.
