【摘要】 企业组织是企业管理中一个很重要的内容，本论文的研究首先分析了企业组织面临的形势、发展趋势及其组织诊断的重要性，在此基础上对以往组织诊断所涉及的内容进行总结，对常用的诊断方法进行分析，发现目前的组织诊断中可能存在的缺陷，针对这些缺陷，从众多的方法中筛选出价值工程理论作为诊断的思想和方法。探讨了内部组织功能结构与价值链的关系，找出两者之间的相同之处，进而论证通过功能分析对组织价值链做出诊断的可能性和可行性。在把价值工程作为指导思想和诊断方法下，从功能的角度对企业组织进行诊断，把诊断的对象——组织价值链微观层次划分为部门价值链和业务价值链。然后，本文采用价值工程的分析步骤对内部组织价值链进行分析。分析的过程中注意到将VE的对象从产品扩展到企业组织，分析对象与以往的对象(产品或具体的项目)存在一定的差异，针对这种差异找出改进方法。在功能分析以及组织横向、纵向分析基础上对组织价值链进行优化。本文还选用了典型的实例进行分析，从而证明了这种思路和方法的实用和高效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprises organize is a very important content in business administration, firstly ,the study of the thesis analyse enterprise organize situation , development trend that face and importance of organize diagnose, on these basis, summarized the conten of the organization diagnosed in the past, analysed the commonly used diagnosis method , find out the possible defect in the present organization diagnoses, to these defects , screen the project theory of value engineering as diagnoses thought and method from numerous methods . Discuss the relation between the internal function structure and value chain, find out something in common between the two, demonstrate the possibility and feasibility of diagnoses to organization value chain through function analysis. Under regarding value project as the guidelines and method of diagnosing , diagnose enterprise’s organization in terms of function, divide the diagnose object-micro level of the organization value chain into department’s value chain and operation value chain. And then the thesis analysed internal organization value, adopted analysis approach of value engineering. In the course of analysis that expands the object of value engineering from the products to enterprises organize,analytic object and past object (the products or concrete project ) have certain differences, find out the method of improving ,aimed at these difference. Optimize the organization value chain on the basis of analysis of function and organization’s landscape orientation and portrait. The thesis analysed a selected typical instance, prove the practicality and high profit ability of the train of thought and method.更多还原
