大风垭口隧道变形机理的研究

【摘要】 大风垭口隧道位于元磨高速公路6合同段,连系着玉溪市的沅江县和思茅地区的墨江县,是云南省目前在建项目中最长的公路隧道(上下行线全长6727m)。大风垭口隧道由于其特殊的地理位置和复杂的地质情况,遇到的困难和技术难题在全国乃至世界地下工程中都是罕见的。上行线K254+895~K254+939段地质条件特别恶劣。该段有断层破碎带,围岩条件差,地下水丰富。 本文在对隧道的工程地质和水文地质作初步分析的基础上,详细分析上行线K254+895~K254+939段周围的工程地质和水文地质条件。同时,结合TSP手段对隧道围岩的探测成果,对隧道区域的工程地质条件和围岩稳定性进行了分析和初步评价。建立了上行线K254+895~+939段的力学模型,用荷载结构法对隧道进行力学分析,同时利用ANSYS软件进行了有限元分析,并对两种方法的计算结果进行了分析对比。通过对隧道在几种荷载组合作用下的变形和稳定性进行分析评价,查清了各种因素对隧道变形的影响。根据分析结果,提出了合理的防治措施,为隧道的设计、施工和运营提出了合理化建议。

【Abstract】 The tunnel Dafengyakou is located in the sixth contract sect of the FreewayYUAN-MO line, linking the Yuanjiang County in Yuxi city with the Mojiang County in Simao territory. The tunnel is the longest highway tunnel of Yunnan Province among the building projects at present (the upper and lower lines total length 6727 meters). The tunnel DA-FENG-YA-KOU has special geographical position and complicated geological situation. The difficulty met and technological difficult problem are all rare in the whole country and even underground project in the world. The conditions in the upper line K254 +895-939 are even worse which contains faults and fragment zones as well as abundant groundwater.Based on foundational study of the engineering geologic and hydrogeologic conditions, the conditions of the country rock mass along the upper line K254+895- +939 are analyzed in detail in this article. At the same time, combined the result of the TSP for the country rock mass of the tunnel, the stability analysis and preliminary appraisal of the country rock mass are carried out here. A series of mechanics models for the sect from K254+895 to K254 +939 are established and mechanics analyses are carried out by means of load structure approach (LSA). Besides, the ANSYS software is applied to build the model of finite element method (FEM). Further, the results both from the LSA and FEM are also compared with to verify the veracity for each other.By analysis and appraisal of deformation and stability under different loads, the factors impacting on deformation of the tunnel are determined. From the results of analysis,reasonable prevention and cure measurements are suggested and corresponding rationalproposals for design, construction and operation are made also.
