粉末冶金模具CAD系统开发及其关键技术的研究

【摘要】 本文围绕广西区科技攻关项目“汽车关键零配件CAD/CAM模具设计和制造技术的开发”,并基于Unigraphics软件系统平台,开展了以下几个方面的研究工作: 1、在粉末冶金模具设计原理方面,本文重点围绕精整模具设计进行研究,归纳、总结并提出了精整模具三个关键零部件(芯棒、模冲、阴模)新的分类方法。 2、在系统总体结构设计及功能模块划分方面,从系统工程原理和软件工程学的角度,采用IDEFO方法对系统进行了功能模型的建立、总体框架设计、功能模块的划分;同时,对系统与开发平台间的数据管理及系统内部各模块间的数据传递机制和数据流程进行了研究。 3、在UG二次开发方法及实现途径中,深入研究基于unigraphics平台的二次开发关键技术并结合粉末冶金精整模具设计的基本思路,对系统的总体界面和各功能模块界面进行了设计,通过UG/Open API编程,解决了一些关键技术并基本上实现了系统。 4、最后,以一个小隔套零件需要精整的模具设计为例,介绍了粉末冶金模具CAD系统的应用和操作。 同时,在深入研究粉末冶金模具结构的基础上,对用户自定义特征广西大学硕士学位论文粉末冶金模具CAD系统开发及其关键技术的研究(User Def 1 ne Feature)关键技术进行7全面的研究,并开发7粉末冶金模具零件的类库。

【Abstract】 Based on unigraphics platform and the project supported by guangxi science and technology department, the following investigations have been carried out in this paper.(1) With the mould design principle of powder metallurgy, it has been profoundly investigated and a new classification in the main parts of sizing-mould also has been provided in this paper.(2) The overall architecture of the P/M CAD system has been set up, and the f unct i onal modules of the system have been f i n i shed under the environment of software and system engineer and IDEFO methods, meanwhile, the data management and transfer mechanism have been established between the P/M CAD system and unigraphics.(3) The methods of development and relization are based on the prof oud i nvest i gat i on on the software development using unigraphics and the mould design principle of powder metall urgy. By the program of UG/Open API, all interfaces have been designed, some key technologies also have been solved and the system has been basely carried out.(4) At last , to i ntroduced the P/M CAD system , this paper designs a small sized bush.At the same time, on the base of studying the mould structure of powder metallurgy deeply, the key technology of user define feature has been profoundly investigated and the part library of powder metallurgy has been finished.
