【摘要】 OPC(OLE for Process Control)是微软公司的对象链接和嵌入技术在过程控制方面的应用,为工业自动化软件面向对象的开发提供一项统一的标准。OPC的目的是为现场设备或数据库中的大量数据源之间的通信提供一种标准的通信机制。 本文研究了控制领域最新的开放的软件互连标准——OPC技术,介绍了OPC技术及其产生和发展的过程,然后在深入了解OPC规范和COM/DCOM技术的基础上,结合本文的依托工程——成渝高速公路中梁山隧道,分析了OPC技术的可行性和可实现性,用以指导公路隧道监控系统的研究和开发。 本文根据北京华富惠通公司所提供的OPC服务器开发工具开发出了OPC数据采集服务器,并利用西门子的监控软件——WinCC软件设计出了WinCC应用程序,集成监控、可编程、组态一体化的功能,并将OPC服务器和WinCC应用程序分别应用到SCADA系统体系结构和基于以太网的工业控制系统当中,各应用程序通过标准的OPC接口进行访问和控制,大大提高了系统的可扩展性和系统集成的兼容性,同时,也提高了软件运行的可靠性和稳定性,便于系统的升级和维护。 本文还以WinCC监控组态软件为例介绍了系统实际运行中OPC客户程序与OPC服务器连接的具体过程,给出了一种利用OPc技术将控制系统与企业信息系统进行融合的方法. OPC技术是国外几十年的软件技术和工业自动化技术的完美结合,凝聚了业界总结出的经验和教训,对OPc的支持,肯定会使自己的产品上一个档次,它给工业控制系统中软硬件系统的集成带来了一场革命,它代表了过程控制系统通信标准的发展方向〔21.

【Abstract】 OPC (OLE for Process Control), which is the application of Microsoft’s OLE (Object Linking and Embedding) technology in process control system, provides a unified standard for Object-Oriental Design in industrial automation software. The aim of OPC is to provide a standard mechanism for communicating with numerous data sources, which are either from the field devices or from the databases.This paper described the newest software interconnecting standard in the industrial control field-OPC technology, introduced its background and development process. On the basis of detailed knowledge of OPC specification and COM/DCOM, combining with the real project?zhongliang mountain tunnel of chengyu highway, this paper analyzed the feasibility and practicality of OPC technology, instructing the research and development of tunnel monitor system.According to the OPC toolkit supplied by huafu company in Beijing, this paper developed an OPC data access server and alsodesigned an WinCC application with the WinCC software. After which, the two sections have been used in the SCADA system and industrial control network based on Internet respectively, every application can communicate through the standard OPC interface, greatly enhancing the extensibility and compatibility of the system. Meanwhile, it also increased the reliability and stability and the maintenance and update of the system.In this paper, the connecting process of WinCC application and OPC server are also discussed, the amalgamating method of control system and enterprise information system using OPC technology are also presented.OPC is the perfect combination of software technology and automation technology in foreign countries, it brings about a revolution for the integration of software and hardware of the industrial control field, it denotes the future trend of the communication standard of process control system.
