制糖碳酸法滤泥活化机理及应用研究

【摘要】 混合汁的提纯分离是糖厂处理成本最高、技术难度较大的工序,也是制糖过程最关键的工序之一,它与后面的工序直接相关,并在绝大程度上决定了糖品的质量。如何提高澄清效果,提高成品糖的质量一直是制糖界研究的热点。在制糖工艺中,碳酸钙是一种良好的吸附剂,它能使胶体物质、色素以及其它非糖分因被吸附而除去。此外,它还是一种良好的助滤剂,有助于非糖沉淀物的沉降和过滤。把一碳滤泥加入活化剂经一定温度反应进行活化,以该活化泥与石灰混合作为亚硫酸法的澄清剂,以提高清净效果,并减少石灰用量,同时达到回收利用滤泥的目的,是制糖工艺一个值得研究的焦点。主要的研究内容有: 1、碳酸钙使用偶联剂进行表面改性的机理。 2、活化改性碳法制糖滤泥在亚硫酸法工艺中的应用研究。用活化改性碳法制糖滤泥处理混合汁,采用正交试验方案,考察了纯度差、脱色率、沉降速度以及过滤速度等四个指标,对试验结果进行极差分析和方差分析,以确定处理混合汁的最佳工艺条件。 3、将活化滤泥用于无滤布真空吸滤机滤汁回流工艺的研究。 4、处理前后蔗汁中色素的变化。主要是通过研究处理前后蔗汁紫外光广西大学硕士学位论文制糖碳酸法滤泥活化机理及应用研究谱的差异来分析蔗汁中色素,包括多酚类、有机酸、还原糖分解产物以及醛、酮类等其他显色物质在絮凝过程中变化的情况。
【Abstract】 Mixed juice separation and purification is the highest cost and more difficult process in cane sugar mill, it is vital for sugar manufacture and mostly decides the quality of sugar products . In sugar technics, calcium carbonate is a sort of sorbent. It is a good sorbent.It can remove colloid, coloring matter and non-sugar by adsorption. Furthermore , it is also good for filtration, and is helpful for sedimentation of non-sugar. Carbonatation sludge are activated with milk of lime and then recycled to liming. The use of regenerated CaC03 crystals from first carbonatation mud raised the purification efficiency and facilitated sludge separation and reduce comsumption of lime.The follow was the main contents in this research paper.1.Effect of calcium carbonate on adsorption feature and adsorption mechanism after surface modification by surfactant.2.The research on regenerated carbonatat ion mud used insulphitation process. Disposing the mixed juice by using regenerated carbonatation mud by orthogonal experiments, measured the decolorization effect, settling velocity, purity difference as well as filtration velocity, then found out the best technological conditions requirements by range analysis and the marked factors of decolorization effect , settling velocity and purity difference as well as filtration velocity by variance analysis .3. The decolourization of ampholytic polyelectrolyte . Based on Ultraviolet spectrum of predisposing and disposed cane ju i ce , stud i ed the variation of the coloring matters,including phenolic matters, organic matter and reducing sugar decompounds .
