【摘要】 随着我国旅游经济发展的深入，以民族文化为旅游吸引物的民族旅游正吸引着越来越多的海内外游客，民族旅游在促进少数民族地区经济与社会发展方面发挥着重要的作用。但随着旅游的发展与经济的开放，民族文化被同化的现象十分突出。一旦作为民族旅游吸引物的民族文化被同化掉，民族旅游赖以生存的基础将被摧毁。如何妥善解决旅游发展与民族文化保护之间的问题就成为本文需要研究的问题。 本文以经济学理论为分析依据，认为实施社区参与是解决这一矛盾最理想的方法。社区参与是一个以社区居民为核心，包含旅游管理部门、旅游企业、游客在内的综合体系，能从人本主义的思想出发更加着重考虑和实施有利于社区居民实际利益获得的策略，当社区居民认识和得到旅游发展所带来的经济益处后，会更加有意识的去积极保护弘扬作为旅游吸引物的民族文化(如穿戴民族服饰，保持民族风俗等)，这样，作为民族文化活的载体，社区居民不仅从旅游活动中受益，而且还完成了保护弘扬民族文化的任务。 本文采取实证分析与规范分析的方法，阐述了实施社区参与的种种详实策略，同时，针对我国目前的实际，本文提出了实施社区参与后可能出现的问题以及解决这些问题的途径。这些实施策略和解决问题的方法正是本文的重点和核心，本文力图通过社区参与这一全新理念体系来完成本文所需解决的任务。更多还原

【Abstract】 With tourism in our country developing, ethnic tourism based on the tourism attraction of ethnic culture is fascinating more and more foreign and Chinese tourists.Ethnic tourism makes an important advantage in the development of economy and society. But with the development and opening in tourism and economics, the phenomenon of assimilation of the ethnic culture is much projecting. Once the ethnic culture as the tourism attraction is fully assimilated, the base of ethnic culture will be destroyed. So how to solve the problem between the tourism development and ethnic culture protection is just the problem of the task of the article.The article is based on the economic theories and thinks community involved is the best way. Community involved dose not only have the community people as the core but also have the tourism management , tourism company and tourists. It emphases and carries out the advantageous measures for the community people based on the humanity spirit. When community people have the advantages, they will actively protect the ethnic culture as the tourism attraction (such as wearing ethnic clothes ). So, as the sustaining of the ethnic culture, community people do not only have the advantages but alsocomplete the task of ethnic culture protection.The article makes the ways based on exampling analysis and standard analysis and expounds all kinds of tacticses about community involved. At the same time, based on Chinese fact, article raises some problems in community involved and ways to solve these problems. These tacticses and ways are the emphases and core.
