【摘要】 逍遥丸方首见于宋《太平惠民和剂局方》，此方主要功用为舒肝解郁，健脾和营。其主治范围较广，临床上应用较为广泛。经过多年的临床实践总结出，逍遥丸还在治疗妇科疾病方面疗效显著。 本实验基于子宫肌瘤的临床表现与客观指征，应用雌激素及孕激素进行造模，成功的制造了子宫肌瘤的动物模型。并运用逍遥丸对其进行治疗，进行了逍遥丸相关药效学的研究，为其临床应用提供理论依据，并进一步阐明其作用机制。 本实验中逍遥丸高剂量组7.2g／日、中剂量组3.6g／日、低剂量组1.8g／日。结果显示各剂量组逍遥丸使模型动物血清中雌、孕激素的浓度均有不同程度的下降；逍遥丸还对模型动物子宫组织的一氧化氮合成酶的活性具有显著的抑制作用，说明逍遥丸能够减少子宫肌瘤局部血供，从而起到抑制子宫肌瘤形成和发展的作用。 综合上述实验结果可以说明逍遥丸可降低血清中雌、孕激素及子宫肌瘤局部血供，提示其对子宫肌瘤具有预防及治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The source of Xiao-yao pill (Easy Pill) is "formularies of the bureau of people’s welfare pharmacies", the function of it are bupleurum soothes the liver to disperse the depressed liver Qi Angelica and peony nourishes the blood and liver, atractylodes and poriain vigorate the spleen to facilitate the growth and development of Qi and blood, ginger warmth the stomach, menthol assist to soothe the liver Qi, while licorice harmonize all the ingredients in the recipe.To assess the mechanism of depressing hysteromyoma with Xiao-yao pill, Rats were modeled with diethyl stilbestrol and progesterone injection. The model rats were treats with Xiao-yao pill and Gong-liu-qing capsule, then measured the serum estrin and progestin and NOS of hysteromyoma in the control group, model group and testing group.The result was Xiao-yao pill could depress the function of estrin ,progestin and NOS . This effect may be the mechanism of depressing hysteromyoma with Xiao-yao pill.更多还原
