脑脉康片对实验性高血脂家兔脑动脉硬化的研究

【摘要】 目的:通过主要药效学研究,客观评价脑脉康片的有效性,并初步探讨其防治脑动脉硬化的作用机制,为临床研究提供依据。 方法:主要药效学选用家兔动脉粥样硬化模型、大鼠及小鼠脑缺血模型,设立脑脉康片不同剂量组、模型组、空白对照组、阳性对照组,观察脑脉康片对血脂、血流变、脑缺血、动脉硬化斑块面积、动脉硬化病理形态等的影响。 结果:脑脉康可显著降低高血脂模型家兔胆固醇、甘油三酯及低密度脂蛋白水平;明显减轻高脂模型家兔动脉硬化程度、明显缩小动脉硬化斑块面积、作用随剂量增加而增强;降低高脂模型家兔全血粘度,加快红细胞电泳时间,抑制大鼠二磷酸腺苷诱导的血小板聚集;减轻大鼠脑缺血所致脑组织重量增加及脑水肿的程度及对脑组织损伤具有一定的保护作用。 结论:脑脉康片对脑动脉硬化有防治作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate efficacy of Chinese Compound Prescription-Naomaikang capsules (NMKC) by pharmacology research and provide foundation for clinical trials and application.Methods: Pharmacology studies adopt oryctolagus curiculus atherosclerosis and cerebral ischemia in rats and mice model, set model group, void control group, and NMKC high, middle, low dose group. The effects were observed by monitoring the influence of NMKC on blood and aorta lipid, hemorrheology, cerebral ischemia, area of arteriosclerosis plague, pathology of arteriosclerosis.Results: For the hyperlipidemeoic rabbits our experiments manifest NMKC can prominently reduce the level of cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL-c , relieve the stage of arteriosclerosis , reduce the area of arteriosclerosis plague and the effect increase with the dose increasing. It also can decrease the blood stickiness; accelerate the electrophoresis time of erythrocyte. For rats’ cerebral ischemia model our experiments can restraint platelet concentrating which is inducted by adenosine diposphate, relieve the rising weight of brain tissue and the stage of hydrocephalus. It also has protection for cerebral injury.Conclusion: NMKC have the effects of preventing and treating cerebral arteriosclerosis, the mechanisms involve respects of above.
