【摘要】 本课题分别从中、西医角度阐明了呼吸道感染性疾病的病因、病机与治疗，针对呼吸道感染性疾病的特点提出透表解毒法。并从非特异性免疫，特异性体液免疫和特异性细胞免疫三方面选取指标对透表解毒法进行了免疫机理研究。主要包括对免疫器官重量，单核／巨噬细胞吞噬功能，血清中抗体水平，ConA及LPS刺激的脾淋巴细胞增殖，血清IL-2水平，外周血象，外周血T淋巴细胞亚群，耳肿胀度等指标的检测。研究结果表明：1．针对呼吸道感染性疾病的发病、演变，透表解毒法是行之有效的基本法则。2．对环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下的小鼠，透表解毒法可缓解其胸腺萎缩、脾萎缩；增强降低的血清抗体IgM水平；增强受抑制的脾T、B淋巴细胞增殖转化；升高外周血中血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞数；提高外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群数；提升血清中降低的IL-2含量。3．对环磷酰胺所致升高的吞噬指数有拮抗作用。4．对DNFB所诱导的迟发型超敏反应中过度的脾T、B淋巴细胞增殖有纠正下调作用；对耳肿胀有显著的缓解作用。5．透表解毒法具有双向免疫调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper interprets the disease of respiratory tract infection from the cause and the treatment of the disease. On the basis of the characterist of the disease of respiratory tract infection, we raise the therapy of relieving superficies and detoxicating. We select some methods to observe the effect of the therapy of relieving superficies and detoxicating on the immunity. From the study, we can find that: 1. the therapy of relieving superficies and detoxicating may inhibit the immunological organs(spleen and thymus) atrophy induced by CTX; heighten the prodution of the hemolysin immunized with SRBC; increase the number of WBC, RBC, Hb which were decreased by CTX; promote the decrease of the activity of T-lymphocete; heighten the number of the cluster of differentiation of T-lymphocete; move up the quantity of IL-2. 2. the therapy of relieving superficies and detoxicating decreased the carbon clearance rate of charcoal particles. 3. the therapy of relieving superficies and detoxicating can suppressed the delayed type hypersensitivity reaction induced by DNFB. 4. the therapy of relieving superficies and detoxicating can adjust the body immunity.更多还原
