【摘要】 中医药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎已被广泛认识，导师从事中医临床工作多年，特别是对脾胃病的治疗体会颇深，在导师的指导下，本文对胆汁反流性胃炎的病机及治疗做了进一步探讨。 研究目的：通过对胃灵Ⅲ冲剂治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床研究，探讨其疗效和作用机理。 研究方法：将74名患者随机分成两组，治疗组给予胃灵Ⅲ口服，对照组给予吗丁啉和胃达喜口服。 结果：治疗组临床总有效率是97.5％，对照组临床总有效率是82.3％。两组比较p＜0.05，治疗组对临床症状、体征消除时间，胆汁反流控制情况及胃炎的修复指标等均优于对照组。 结论：1、肝郁脾虚胃气上逆是导致胆汁反流性胃炎的主要病机，在发病过程中肝郁日久可致瘀滞，脾虚则生湿，湿可化热可化寒，形成虚实相兼的病机，因而确立疏肝健脾和胃降逆的基本治法。2、基于疏肝健脾和胃降逆法，组方胃灵Ⅲ号。对于胆汁反流性胃炎的自觉症状及胃镜方面的改善，与对照组比较有显著差异，疗效明显优于对照组，疗效确切，值得进一步研究及推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 All know that Bile Regurgitational Gastritis (BRG) is treated by traditional Chinese medicine. We have made prograss in the study of therapeutic BRG as follow.Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of WeilingIII granule in treating BRG.Methods: Seventy-four patients with bile regurgitational gastritis were divided into two group randomly .WeilingIII granule was used in the therapeutic group and Motilim and Weidaxi were used in control group .Results: The total effective rate in therapeutic group was 97.50%, and 82.30% in control group (p<0.05 ) .The improvement in symptoms , physical findings and bile regurgitation in therapeutic group was better than that of control group .Conclusion: 1 The stagnation of the liver -qi and deficiency of the spleen-qi is the main pathogenesis of BRG. In the course of the disease, the flow of the liver-qi to have been obstructed for long time causes the blood stasis.Therefore, a dysfunction of the spleen in transportion and transformation due to a deficiency of the spleen-qi is liable to produce dampness,and the dampness can change heat or cool ,lead to the complicated pathogenesis which between the deficiency and the excess is together,so that soothing liver and strengthening spleen , regulating stomache and lowering the adverse flow of qi is the basic therapeutic methods of treating BRG. 2 Weiling III,which is found on the principle of Soothing Liver and strengthening spleen, regulating stomache and lowering the adverse flow of qi is an effective prescription.Curative effect of Weiling IIIgranule was better than that of Motilium and Weidaxi, so Weiling III should be studied deeply and be used widely.更多还原
