松香改性酚醛环氧树脂的合成及固化反应研究

【摘要】 本文利用我国丰富的可再生资源松香为原料,在对酚醛树脂进行改性的基础上,合成出了一类新型环氧树脂——松香改性酚醛环氧树脂。利用正交实验法寻求最佳实验条件,在最佳实验条件下制备出松香改性苯酚酚醛环氧树脂(简称RPAE)。考察催化剂种类、催化剂用量、原料配比等因素对合成松香改性壬基酚醛环氧树脂的影响,并在得到的最佳实验条件下,合成出松香改性壬基酚醛环氧树脂(简称RNPAE)。采用FT-IR、NMR和HPLC对RPAE及RNPAE进行结构表征。采用DSC法对RPAE进行固化动力学研究。最后,采用FT-IR、TG等表征方法对固化产物进行结构和热性能表征。
【Abstract】 Based on the phenol-aldehyde resin modified by rosin which is a kind of renewable resources, a new type of epoxy resin was synthesized. Through orthogonal experimentation, the optimal conditions were found. Rosin modified phenol-aldehyde epoxy resin (for short RPAE) was synthesized under the optimal conditions. The influence of the kind of catalysts and their dosage, the ratio of raw materials on synthesis of rosin modified nonyl phenol-aldehyde epoxy resin (for short RNPAE) were studied. The structures of RPAE and RNPAE were characterized by FT-IR, NMR and HPLC. The curing kinetics was studied by DSC. TG spectrum showed that the epoxy resin had good heat resistance.
