【摘要】 江泽民同志在党的十六大报告中，结合国内外日益变化的复杂形势，提出要“不断改革和完善党的领导方式和执政方式、领导体制和工作制度，使党的工作充满活力”。这是实践“三个代表”重要思想，保持并不断地增强党的活力的极其重要的问题。同时对于推进党的建设，巩固党的执政地位，提高党的领导水平和执政水平具有重要的指导意义。本文首先分析了改革和完善我们党执政方式的必然性，其次考察了我们党执政方式的历史和现状，最后对新形势下改革和完善党的执政方式提出几点对策思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, considering the complex situations at home and abroad, President Jiang Ze-min suggested that the style of leadership and governance leadership structure and working system must be constantly reformed and improved so that the Party is full of vigor. It is of vital importance to implement the thought of "Three Represent", maintain and reinforce the Party’s vigor. Meanwhile, it is of great guiding significance to promote the construction of the Party, consolidate the ruling status of the Party, enhance the level of the Party’s leadership and governance. This paper analyzes the necessity of reforming and improving the style of the party’s governance. Furthermore, it probes into the past and the present of the Party’s governing style. On the basis of the above, this thesis advances some advice on how to reform and improve the Party’s governing style.更多还原
