自学习分体式大屏幕起重机安全监控系统的研究

【摘要】 在研究、参考国内外现有起重机安全监控系统的基础上,充分利用现代电子、计算机、传感测控等方面的技术成果,开发了新一代的智能化起重机多功能安全监控系统。本系统具有检测、控制、超限报警等常规功能;并且实现点阵LCM中文显示功能、图形显示功能、起重机工况的实时动画演示以及用于记录历史工作数据的黑匣子功能。系统具有实时时钟功能,满足了用户需要时间信息的要求,使系统功能更加完善。系统RS-232接口部分实现了单片机系统与外部的通讯。 系统具有自学习功能,可以化简起重机繁琐的参数输入过程,提高了系统安装调试的简便性。大大地提高了力限器的通用性。在不改变任何软件和硬件的情况下,同样的系统可以应用于不同型号,不同品种的起重机上。 针对完善系统功能、提高系统先进性与可靠性的要求,对力矩限制器进行总体方案设计,开发出新的安全监控系统的硬件电路,并采用C-51语言编写了系统控制软件,软件设计采用了模块化和结构化的程序设计思想。 此外,本文采取了一系列软、硬件措施来提高系统的抗干扰能力。最后的实验调试结果表明。整个系统完成了全部功能要求,运行稳定,可靠,达到了与预期的目标。
【Abstract】 tUnder the study of crane security monitoring system at home and abroad,an advanced intelligent multi-functional security monitoring system for crane is developed,which takes advantages of the technology progress in the fields such as electronic,computer,sensing and controlling.The system not only performs the general functiona such asdecting,controlling,alarming and so on ,but also possesses LCM interface to report parameter and working condition in Chinese,real time demo of crane work condition,and the black-box module to record the history data of overload state. The system has the function of real clock ,fufil the request of time imformation,ameliorate the system function. The system explored in the intelligent function of self-study which improved the universal quality.The system has the function of self-study .It simplify the cockamamie course of crane parameter import,advanced the handy course of system seting and debug,largely advance the currency of the crane.Without change any software and hardware,the same system can apply in different crane.To perfect the function of the system ,improve the advances ,and guaranty the credibility,the paper develops new Security Monitoring System.Paper design the circuit and compiling program with C-51 language.The system design adopts modularization and framework.In addition,this paper adopts a series of hardware and software protecting measures to enhance the ability of anti-jammimg.The final result of the experiment indicates that the whole system works accurately an credibility,realizeing the presumed object.
