地区加工贸易竞争力评价研究

【摘要】 跨国公司全球化生产体系的建立推动了产业全球化的发展，国际贸易方式也由过去直接出口本国产品逐渐向加工贸易方式转变。伴随全球产业结构调整和传递，劳动力优势和交通便利条件的重要性将逐步降低，技术优势、人才优势、研发能力等因素对一个地区加工贸易的发展将会起着越来越重要的作用。由于加工贸易在一个地区的经济发展过程中占据十分重要的地位，地区之间加工贸易的竞争力将会因为这些条件的变化而有所不同，因此地区加工贸易竞争力的评价具有重要的现实意义。 本文旨在对地区加工贸易竞争力概念进行具体的界定，探寻影响地区加工贸易竞争力的主要因素，构建一个比较完善的地区加工贸易竞争力评价体系。目的在于寻求度量和比较地区加工贸易竞争力的有效方法，进以对各地区提升加工贸易竞争力起到一定的借鉴作用。 本文在产业竞争力、比较优势和竞争优势等有关研究成果的基础上，定性分析和定量分析相结合，针对加工贸易的具体特点，将产业竞争力要素和地区要素差异有机结合，现实因素和潜在因素相结合，对地区加工贸易竞争力的概念进行全新界定，并进一步分析了其理论源泉，提出地区加工贸易竞争力是比较优势和竞争优势的统一，作为本文的理论研究基础。在此基础上，全面分析影响一个地区加工贸易竞争力的主要因素，并将升级潜力作为一个重要因素考虑其中，为下一章评价指标体系的建立奠定了基础。论文第三章建立了以5个一级指标、29个二级指标的地区加工贸易竞争力综合指标评价模型，第四章确立模糊综合评价法为具体评价方法，并以沈阳和大连为例进行了实证分析，最后得出文章结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of industry globalization, the industrial structure adjusted and transferred in the world scope. The international trade changed from directly exporting national resourceful products to processing trade gradually. Processing trade is occupying an important position in the economic development of an area. The advantage of technology, talents and comprehensive knowledge plays a more important role than workforce advantage and traffic facility in the future. Therefore, the processing trade competitiveness among areas will be different. How to evaluate the processing trade competitiveness has been a favorable research topic in reality.This dissertation aims to carry on a concrete definition to the regional processing trade competitiveness, search for the main factors which influence the regional processing trade competitiveness, set up an assessment index system of regional processing trade and expect to find the right method to evaluate it. The definite purpose is to promote the processing trade competitiveness and give certain reference to the regional district.The paper starts with the theory on the basis of comparative advantage and competitive advantage theory. After the qualitative and quantitative analysis, combining the industry competitiveness with regional element difference, comparing the realistic factor with potential factor, the paper defines the concept of regional processing tiade competitiveness. Furthermore, it analyses its theory source and propose that the regional processing trade competitiveness is the unity of the comparative advantage and competition advantage which is research foundation of this paper. Afterwards, the paper analyzes main factors which influence regional processing trade competitiveness and in the third part it sets up the evaluation indexes system of regional processing trade competitiveness and chooses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the competitiveness. At last, the paper takes Shen yang and Dalian as an example analysis which makes evaluation of processing trade competitiveness possible and then puts forward the conclusion.更多还原
