模具CAPP中工艺数据管理和工艺生成方法的研究

【摘要】 本文根据模具加工工艺编制长期以来主要依靠手工,模具种类多、批量小、工艺设计繁琐、规范性差、成熟的工艺经验难以继承和借鉴等特点,正在开展面向模具制造工艺的CAPP系统的研究工作,以提高模具工艺设计的效率和质量。本文主要建立了模具CAPP的基础数据库部分,即面向模具制造的工艺数据库管理模块和模具结构件、标准件工艺检索模块。 首先,根据模具的加工工艺特点,设计了模具CAPP系统的总体结构、功能模块和系统流程。 其次,针对模具工艺编制过程中要查阅大量工艺数据,如机床、刀具、量具的选用以及一些工艺参数的查阅,建立了工艺资源数据库管理系统。 第三,模具零件根据自身特点及其使用频率和相似程度,可以分为结构件、标准件和成型件。结构件和标准件均有相应的行业标准和国家标准,几何形状变化不大,只是规格不同,因此加工工艺相似,有很强的继承性,因此建立了模具结构件和标准件典型工艺检索系统。 最后,针对注塑模成型零件如型腔/型芯、浇注系统,它们的形状特征与成型的塑件有直接的关系,因此不能标准化,必须采用一种新的工艺规划方法。本文根据注塑模成型零件的结构特点,采用面向对象的方法建立了注塑模具成型零件工艺设计总体框架。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the character of manufacturing process of mold parts, for example, depending on handwork, many kinds of mold, small batch, fussy process design, lack of criterion, difficulty of saving mature process experience, the CAPP for mold manufacturing is being researched, which will increase the efficiency and quality of process design for mold. In this paper, the basic database for mold CAPP has been established, which is the module of process database management and module of process searches for non-molding parts and standard parts.The first work is building the general structure for mold CAPP system, Module of function and flow of system.The second work is establishing the module of process database management, according to consulting plentiful process data in process design.According to the characteristic and similarity, Mold parts classify non-molding parts, standard parts and molding parts. Because non-molding parts and standards parts have standards of industry or country, and their process are similar, so in this paper, representative process searches module is established for non-molding parts and standard parts.Finally, because of molding parts, for example, cavity/core, feed system, their shape character is related to plastic product, so they can not be standard. In this paper, according to the structure characteristic of molding parts , general framework of process design has been established, which is based on the method of Object-Oriented and process repository reasoning.
