江泽民的科学技术思想研究

【摘要】 论文提出了江泽民科学技术思想体系，并对该体系进行总体的、全面的、条理性的分析和把握，同时对某些论点做了进一步深入的理解和探讨，为这一辩证唯物主义科学技术思想的理论体系做个全方位的剖析。论文第一部分阐述了江泽民科学技术思想的来源，它是江泽民科学技术思想体系的理论基石。论文第二、三、四、五部分分别论述江泽民科学技术本质论、江泽民科学技术发展论、江泽民科学技术功能论和江泽民科学技术战略论，这四个部分构成了江泽民科学技术思想体系的主体。江泽民科学技术思想体系高屋建瓴、内涵丰富、是马克思科学技术理论同我国现阶段科技发展实践相结合的产物。其中科学技术本质论科学性地阐述了他对科学本质和规律的认识：科学技术发展论为我国社会主义建设指明了正确的方向；科学技术功能论充分挖掘了科学技术对我国乃至世界经济、社会各方面的决定和指导作用：科学技术战略论是指导我国社会主义建设实践基础上的理论升华。其中江泽民关于科学技术本质、科学技术发展、科学技术功能的论述是他基于对马克思、毛泽东、邓小平等科学技术思想的深入研究和继承，同时加上他多年领导中国社会主义建设实践基础上所形成的理论精华。他所建立起来的这三方面理论对于他科学技术思想体系的第四部分一科学技术战略论思想的形成具有直接的指导作用，是指导他实施科学技术战略的直接理论基础。科学技术战略论是江泽民科学技术论思想在实践基础上的提炼和升华，是他科学技术思想体系的核心和精髓。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the paper, Jiang Zhemin’s System of Science and Technology Thought (JSSTT) is proposed, and a general, full, rational analysis is given. A few issues about JSSTT based dialectical materialism are deeply studied and discussed. In chapter 1, the original sources of Jiang Zemin’s thoughts on JSSTT foundation are studied. This is the foundation stone of JSSTT. In chapter 2 to 5, the essence, development, function and stratagem of JSSTT are expatiated separately. The four parts are then main body of JSSTT. JSSTT stands on strategic position and has rich meaning. It is the results of combination Marx theory of science and technology with current developing practice of science and technology of our nation. The essence thought of science and technology explains scientifically the Jiang Zemin’s knowledge of the essence and the rule of science; the developing theory of science and technology points out the right direction of socialism construction of our nation; the function theory of science and technology is thoroughly mining the determining and guidance functions to economics, and every aspects of society; the strategic theory of science and technology is subliming the theory based on our socialism construction practices. The former three theories above are deep studying on and inheriting from Marx’s, Mao Zedong’s, Deng Xiaoping’s thoughts on science and technology, and Jiang Zemin’s theoretical distillation from the socialism construction practices as leader of our country these years. The three theories directly lead to the formation of the fourth theory - strategic theory of science and technology, and the latter is the theoretical foundation to deploy the strategies of science and technology. Strategic theory of science and technology is the abstraction and sublimation of JSSTT based on practices, and is also the core center and kernel of JSSTT.更多还原
