基于超额收益法的电子商务企业财务评价实证研究

【摘要】 本文在分析目前我国电子商务企业财务评价指标的基础上，按照理论研究到实证研究的研究思路，使用目前国际、国内运用较多、针对性较强的超额收益法，结合国内上市电子商务企业年度报告披露的实例，分析了我国电子商务企业年度财务评价指标与传统企业的差异，以及电子商务企业主要财务评价指标的重要性程度。为电子商务企业的经营决策者以及利益相关人提供切实的参考依据。 本文选题来自于国家自然科学基金重点项目“电子商务环境下的管理理论与方法”(项目号：70031020)的子课题。本文理论研究部分首先分析了电子商务发展的国内外形势，电子商务企业的特点及类别；传统企业财务评价体系以及各类财务评价指标，以及电子商务企业财务评价的特点以及与传统企业财务评价的异同；提出了电子企业财务评价应用的指标。接着阐述本文所使用模型超额收益法的理论和应用价值，以及在对本文提出财务评价指标进行实证研究的应用意义。 实证研究部分首先论述了本文选取上市电子商务企业样本的原则，样本数据的来源，以及所选样本的适宜性；根据本文理论研究的观点设计研究假设，接着运用样本数据和模型进行实证研究，验证本文提出的假设的正确性，最后运用实证研究结果解释关于电子商务企业财务评价指标重要性程度的假设。 最后，结论部分总结了各部分研究的成果，同时也指出了研究方法中的一些不足和对今后研究的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing civil financial evaluating ratioes of E-Commerce enterprises, the research routine is followed from theory research to demonstration research. CAR is adopted due to its pertinence and popularity. With instances that were published in year’s reports of civil E-Commerce enterprises, the author not only conclude the differences of guide lines between E-Commerce enterprises and traditional enterprises, but also indicated the important degree of those ratioes in civil E-Commerce enterprises, which can be practical references to those managerial diciders and relivant personnel in listed enterprises.This dissertation is belonged to the sub-project of National Natural Science Foundation Key Projects-Management Theory and Methodology under Electronic-Business Enviroment (Project Number: 70031020). In the part of theory research, E-Commerce development’s international situation, characteristic and types are firstly expatiated. Secodly financial evaluating system of traditional enterprises and all kinds of evaluating ratioes, E-Commerce enterprises’ financial evaluating characteristic and differences from tradional businesses are seperatedly pointed out. Thirdly financial evaluating ratioes of E-Commerce enterprises are given. Finally CAR and its applied worth and the meaning of its demonstration research are narrated.In the demonstration research part, resource, principles and applicability of swatch are discussed. Then assumptions are listed according to theory research part, the demonstration research is made with swatch data and model to test the correctness of above assumptions. In the end of the part, assumptions are explained by the results of the demonstration research.At the end, results are concluded, at the same time deficiency and prospect of the further research are also listed.更多还原
